Chapter 16 Pipp Is Sick

Pipp was getting ready to do a Collab with Electric Blue all her fans had being give a live update about this "Only one more minute until another live update from Princess Pipp!" said Seashell "I wonder what she's going to do! A big announcement? A song? A big announcement about a song?" said Peach Fizz Glory's phone then gave a high pitched sound "Low battery?! No, no, no, no! Where's my charger?! Where's my charger?!" she said  inside Mane Melody the lead singer of Electric Blue Fretlock was ready over a live stream TV "You ready for this? Electric Blue and Pipp Petals! Live collab! Together again!" he said Pipp got to live streaming  "Hey everypo—" she started but then started to cough she tried again "Hey, hey, hey, everyp—" but she coughed again she continued to cough getting more raspy "Is this some kind of performance art thing? If so, genius! If not, I'm pretty disappointed" said Seashell "Yeah, if her new song is just coughing and silence, then I have notes" said Glory "Technical difficulties. Gonna reschedule until tonight. Stay tuned...nd thanks for watchi" said Pipp above a whisper  we all then ran in "We were watching the stream!" said Hitch "Yeah, I love Electric Blue! So much! They're the best musicians ever!" said Zipp "Ahem! But we were watching for you, too. What happened?" I asked "I'm fine! I'm fine. Really. I think I just ate a weird apple or something" said Pipp her voice sounded stuffed up Zipp then gasped "Oh, no. You're..." started Zipp Pipp coughed "sick! Fair warning – she's about to become very high-maintenance" said Zipp "No! No, I am not! I'm..." Started Pipp she then sneezed "Very convincing "I said "It's okay, Pipp. Let us help you. You need to rest" said Sunny "I promise. I'm fine. I'm probably just allergic to exciting collaborations with amazing bands" she then sneezed again she then started to sob "Okay. I guess I'm sick. But what about Electric Blue?" she asked "They'll have to wait. Now let's get you better" I said "But... B-But... But... But..." stuttered Pipp I gave her a stern look "Okay, fine. But I'm taking this! What? It's my lucky microphone! I'll just sing a little teensy tiny bit—" begin Pipp but Zipp stanched the mic out of Pips hooves "You will not! Two words, Pipp — vocal rest!" said Zipp Pipp whimpered

I had Pipp on her bed I had decide that I would stay by her side until she was better that and she'd asked Zipp flew in "How's my little patient?" she said Pipp just cried "Being sick is the worst feeling in the world! I just wanna feel normal!" she said "Hey, come on. Tough it out. We all get sick sometimes. It's a part of life" said Zipp "Yeah, I guess" said Pipp who whines with a cough "Aww, you poor thing. I'm sorry for the tough love. It's what works on me, but clearly not on you" said Zipp "Yeah, did you just come here to be mean to her until she feel better?" I asked "No, not totally. I prepared a back-up plan to help you in your recovery" said Zipp "A miracle cure?!" said Pipp "Kinda" said Zipp "What is it?" asked Pipp "An escape from your nasty cold and entrance into another world!" said Zipp pushing in a book self lined with well books "Is that what I think it is?" asked Pipp "Yup! My favourite books, A.K.A. every volume of the greatest fantasy series of all time – The Chronicles of Chevalia! Including expanded universe official canonical side adventure novellas and the official Chevalipedia! Every term defined, every creature species classified, and every map you'll need to find your bearing in this expansive and amazing universe!" answered Zipp "Well, that... that is... a lot. Thank you, Zipp, um, but how long do you expect me to be sick for?"  asked Pipp "Whether it's two days or two moons, there's always time to throw yourself back into Chevalia!" said Zipp "You do love reading" I said "Yeah but for the record, let's hope it's two days. I can't take two whole moons of this!" said Pipp "Enjoy the journey! hey maybe Xavier could read it out to you And tell me when you get to the Tree of Fortunica! Don't worry. That's not a spoiler. Uh, you'll see!" said Zipp Pipp and I gave a sigh I took out book one Once Zipp left Sunny came in "Hey, hey!" she said "How's my friend feeling?" she asked "Sunny! I've..." Pipp then cleared her throat "I've been better. It's just a quick little cold, though. I'll be fine in no time  I just have so much I want to do" she said "Oh, I know the feeling, but try to relax. Is there anything I can do? Any foods you like when you're sick? Home remedies that help?" asked Sunny "No, not that I can remember. Hmm...Actually, there is something! Whenever I got sick, Mom would make this amazing soup. That stuff was a miracle!" said Pipp "Say no more! I'm on it, in it, and around it! That means I'll get it. So, what was in this magic soup?" asked Sunny "Oh, there was, um... uh... I don't remember. It was just this, um, this soup. You know, good soup! The yummiest! Like a warm hug for your taste buds! Oh! Wow, I feel better just talking about it. Thank you so much, Sunny" said Pipp "Warm hug"... uh-huh... "For your taste buds"" thought Sunny "Okay. I'll... I'll get that, then" said Sunny "I may have no idea how to make this soup, but that's never stopped me from doing something before. Oh, it is on, Hitch!" said Sunny walking down the stairs "What is?" he asked "The soup!" she said Hitch then came up with all his critters and Sparky they all clicked and chirp at her "Oh. Oh, wow. H-Hi, everycritter. What's going on?" she asked "Well, pal, we thought you might be bored in here all by yourself, sooooo..." began Hitch "I actually haven't been by myself yet" said Pipp "Plus Xavier never left Hitch ignored that and continued "That's why the critters and I thought we'd cheer you up!" he finished "Aw, that's so sweet! But nothing would cheer me up like being outside on this beautiful day" said Pipp "Hey, is outside more interesting than some fascinating nature facts?" asked Hitch I gave a laugh "Um, I guess not" I said  over the next few minutes Hitch share with us some nature facts "and that's why they're called – say it with me – pine cones!" he said "Oh... wow..." said Pipp Izzy then Popped in "Aha! Thanks for stopping by, cuties! But now it's time for the holistic healing helping hoof, Izzy! Izzy! Izzy! Izzy!" she said doing the echo "Don't worry, Pipp. We have a lot more nature facts to share. We'll be back" said Hitch "Ohhhh, Pipper!" began Izzy "Please tell me you'll never call me that" Pipp whispered to me "Never" I said back "Once I work my magic, you'll be back to your old chipper, sparkly, singy self in no time!" said Izzy "Uh, okay, Izzy, but—" Began Pipp but Izzy continued "My crystals reminded me of the ultimate tea potion for your flu!" she said pouring tea into a cup "Here it is! My unicorn remedy tea! Guaranteed to cure what ails your tail! And the rest of ya!" she finished Pipp took a small sip "Wow! I was sceptical, but it's delicious! Thank you so much! And it's a magic cure? I can feel it working!" she then sneezed "Okay, maybe not" said Pipp "Oh, yeah, oh, no. I forgot to actually add the magic. Pffft! Yeah! I just made a tasty tea! But I can fix it! I'll be right back! Keep resting! No moving!" said Izzy "What am I suppose to do?" Pipp asked me  "Well I don't know any spell to cure you but maybe this will help" I said I flew up behind her and wrapped my wings around her in a hug "I don't know what this is but it fells really nice" said Pipp "I thought so as I always say Hugs make every this better"
