Until we meet again

⁂Chapter 5⁂

After that day, i guess i kinda never looked again. the man we met  said his name is shinso. My soulmate is  on business and he might never come back,i mean you heard shinso. I dove into my work, my father has been getting better so he might  go back to work soon. I wanna finish all these projects, before he gets here. 

Mina started selling the fairy pallet thing, denki's finishing off the details of the race game he's making. And sero finally got the parts for the new motorbike. So their pretty busy, the search for my lover kinda died out. 

Right now, im in the office, signing some documents and sketching out a new building for some clients. Kiko comes in with more paperwork and walks up to my desk. 

"More paperwork Huh Kiko" i say making space for the new paperwork. "Yes sir, Also new project for Mr. Jong. He now wants a Jacuzzi and a hot tub" Kiko says looking thru some paperwork and placing some at my desk. 

"A Jacuzzi? And a hot tub? Honestly he's going above and beyond with this project" i say chuckling at the thought. Kiko suddenly dropped the paperwork and held her tummy. She looked in pain. "Kiko? what's wrong? what's happening?" i ask her, im holding her up and rubbing her lower back, i think its helping her.

"Dont worry, it's just the little demon moving and kicking." She says, she's in pain but she's so calm about it. Kiko is 7 months pregnant, she  still has some more months to go. "Kiko how about i give you the day of-" And im cut off again, Does no one let someone finish a got-damn sentence!?!

"No, sir i'm perfectly fine, i do not need a day off" she says, she stands up on her own and i let go of her. "Yeah and i dont need hot chocolate in the morning, Kiko you're having a day off, no buts', maybes', possiblys, perhaps. Nothing okay. Go home." I said, She's really stubborn but she finally gave in and went home.

{Time skip~~12:24 pm}

Its pretty late now, i should finish up and head home. I hope Ochaco didnt close up the shop yet, i could  die for a actual cup of coffee. I finish my sketches and designs and lock up the firm. I walk slow and relax finally. The  cold air, it makes me get goosebumps a bit. The crisp cool air running thru my hair and clothes, the stars look so gorgeous tonight. The clouds...

Flashback

I've been searching for him for hours! where the hell is he?...ah hugo might know."Hugo! come here!" i whisper-shout at him. He looks around then he spots me and comes toward me. "My prince, what are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be in bed?" hugo asks, i pull him forward and whisper to him. "Bakugou the concubine, he was supposed to come to my chambers, but he didnt come at all" i say, hugo looks at me and he sighs a bit. 

"Where is he? and dont say you dont know, because i know you know where he is hugo" i add on, Hugo looks me in the eye "He's on the roof my prince" he said. What-on the roof? why the hell would he be on the roof. i thank hugo and go to the roof i guess.-

i get to the roof top and look around for him. Then i see a figure sitting on the roof, i walk up to the figure and when im close enough i can make out that its my lover.  I try to sneak up on him.
"Wondered how long it take you to find me. 6 hours and 56 minutes." he says before i could spook him. i sigh loudly and sit next to him. 

"How'd you know i was sneaking up on you?"
"You breathe louder than a bird sings" 
"What are you doing up here my love?"
"Painting"
"Really, what're you painting?"
"The night sky, now shut it you're pulling me out of concentration" 

I sit behind him and put my arms around his waist, i put my head on his shoulder and stuff my nose in his neck. I look in  front of me and the painting it lovely.  I look back at my lover, he's so focused. But even tho the painting in front of me is really pretty, i think its kinda a bit like some of the others he created. 

"My love, why do keep painting this place, i've seen all your paintings, they are all the same but have differences at  the same time." i said, i can feel him tense up in my arms. maybe i shouldn't have asked that question. 

"My....My mother left me here once as a baby...i guess it was to feed me to the wolves." he said, i cant believe his mother would do that. i open my mouth to speak but he continues to talk. 
"A gang of men or boys, i can't really remember....they found me and took care of me  in this spot. I'm trying to paint it, since its a good memory for me, but i cant fucking remember anything much."

End of Flashback

...these visions really need an alarm, that memory went from wholesome to sad quick. Ah ochaco please dont close the shop yettttt
i walk a bit faster and reach her shop. ITS STILL OPEN YESSSSSSSSSS

I walked inside and walked up to the counter. Ochaco pops her head out from the back and smiles when she sees me. She walks up to the counter drying her hand off. "Ah kirishima-kun! i didn't expect to see you here this late" she says. she puts her elbow in the counter top and  looks up at me. "Mhm Work waits for no man haha, can i get my usual?...but can i have coffee instead of hot coco?" i ask, she nods understanding that i worked for hours and am in need of caffeine.

she goes behind the coffee machine and starts making my coffee. "So, kiri-kun, how've you been?" she asks. i go and sit in my favourite chair. "Nothing much, just working and stuff yk" i say. "Hmm, so you have a boyfriend yet~?" She asks, as she slides my coffee towards me. "N-no i dont heh" i say rubbing my neck. 

" Aw that's a shame, well how's the gang?" she  asks, i give hera soft smile. "Their doing good, Mina just launched a new fairy pallet, Sero's making a new motorbike and kami's making a new  racing game. We're all been pretty busy these couple of weeks..." i say. Ochaco looks kinda down but then her face brightens up. 

she had an idea for sure. "Oh, well the dekusquad is doing a little get-together this saturday. You guys can come join us!" she says, she's really happy. I think its a good idea, i mean i haven't seen midobro and them since high school. 

"Hm i'll ask them if their free. I'm sure they'd be happy to come along" i say. ochaco turns around and puts the chocolate cake in front of me. I smile at her and pay then I take my leave. I walk up the stairs on the first floor and step in front of the elevator. i push the button and the elevator opens up. i get it, push the button with my floor number and the doors close.

end of chapter 5, Sorry for posting it late. i have school and gymnastics so i've been busy.
