SUPERNATURAL FILES #3: 3 AM

CHAPTER 21

Caryl is never been too curious to death about something until now. She knew those two demons share the same last names, but it never occurred to her that there will be something between them.

Sure it's the only truth that she have known by now, considering that the fact about her half-sister's decision intrigues her more. 

Winter and Donghyuck were never been formed in her head since forever. Actually, why does Winter wanted him out of anyone?

Caryl has many questions but her mother only answered two; What is going on Winter's mind? Why is Donghyuck suddenly mentioned in the union?

First, her mother told her she doesn't know. The female half-demon only came to them and told them about her plans for the union and it's with Lee Donghyuck. They recalled the demon's name as someone who is Caryl's boyfriend, but Winter only shrugged and told them she want him.

Second, Caryl told her mother that Donghyuck is not a part of the union– at least that's what he said before when she asked him. Her mother only told her that either the demon recently participated, or because his family is participating then they might be able to put him in. 

Caryl thought it's unfair. If Donghyuck's family will force him in just because they're in the union and someone wanted to marry him, their situation is almost the same. 

Donghyuck doesn't want in, either she does. They will only be a pawn for the peace they called.

 The union wasn't as peaceful behind the scenes, as what it was shown to them externally.

Clearly, the news bugged Caryl too much. It not only troubled her mind, but also will somehow cause trouble on her deal with Donghyuck at any time.

Is he already aware of this?

Would he agree?

Donghyuck, are you really in the union or not?

"Meow", Meeko walked to her and sat on her side like she knew that the human is troubled

"What now, Meeko?", Caryl mumbles as she stared blankly on the empty TV screen, "I don't even know what to expect after this. I don't know what will happen tomorrow."

Caryl always had a hunch on what will happen on tomorrows. On weekdays she will get stuck on the University routine, while on weekends she will just let the days pass. Sure she doesn't know what will happen in between it, but at least she'll have an idea.

Now, she doesn't. 

Caryl feared that something big will happen at any time.

"I don't want them to end up together, Meeko.", Caryl suddenly said as if the puzzled feeling turned into something.. hurtful

"I don't exactly know what to feel when mom said that.."

Oh my god, what's happening to me?

I've known him way before, but why now?

"That night changed everything. It was the start of their connection.", Jisung's voice played on her head
