It takes more than just setting planters and plants on a porch or patio, to care for hummingbirds, and you necessarily do not need red glass hummingbird feeders. The fancy red one you find at Walmart and Home Depot, are pretty, and expensive, but the tray is usually copper or metal, you want to stay away from metal feeder trays, the collect patina and rust, which can kill hummingbirds. Similar to the rust and decay and patina, a family member might leave, on another, the wagging hateful tongues of a resentful sister, or mother and hiding behind a useless so-called friend, a friend that is a nasty and psychotic person. For example, I have a sister that uses her forked tongue to spew the nasty sediment, and rot of hate, she's younger than I, but it doesn't matter younger, older, the middle child, the matriarch, the mother has her favorites, and in this case, my mother has my younger sibling as hers. She cares for her, patio, and her plants, too bad she doesn't care for me the way she does for an Amarillo or a jade. See actions speaks louder than words, and their actions for years has shown me, what kind of poisonous, rusty, toxic women they are. I call a spade a spade, and when I call out someone, she knows to be a fraud, scamming, psycho, of course this person turns it around, and makes me out to be the lair and mental midget. Well, I have news, I am no mental midget, like the hummingbird I do not drink from a feeder, that is toxic with rust, dirty sediment, and bugs, I leave that for the bottom feeders, the pond scum.

Taking care of yourself, is part of taking care of the hummingbirds in your garden, yes you can plant red plants, but as discussed earlier they like variety, purples, reds, and oranges, whether you live by the seaside, the mountains, or the desert, varieties of hummingbirds come to play in a clean, beautiful garden, when you making inviting, you have dozens of varieties of birds, in your yard, not just one kind. Like people in your life, keep the filth out, and make way for the good, people that troll, and are resentful, and have to copy you, to make their way are nothing more than an evil invader that destroys your garden, but if your one step ahead, of them, they will never control you or harm you. Like the hummingbird, predators do not attack her, because she zigs and zags, only stopping to rest with her eyes everywhere. She allows no time for an attack, and humans take care of your hummingbirds, your feeders because you can be her demise. Cleaning your bird feeders, with white vinegar once or twice a week, is excellent for the birds, in fact vinegar is the cure-all to anything in your home from laundry, to countertops, stoves, bathrooms, it keeps pests away. They say you can trap for flies with honey than vinegar, well who wants to keep flies and gnats, in your life, so take advice from me, be the vinegar when you need to be, sure be sweet when you need to be, but have that preverbal vinegar when you need it, ready, available to strike the pests.

Lessons from our garden friends applies to humans, plants, and insects alike, animals, even, they know a good person when they see one, and they know what they don't like, a dog will growl and howl if they are not comfortable around someone, if they don't like them, they are pace back and forth and have a nervous feeling. My dog is like that she knows who she likes, and is comfortable around them, it's only the toxic ones she snarls at. Birds and butterflies, and hummingbirds alike, will flutter in front of a person, if they trust them, when I am outside watering, hummingbirds will flutter in front of me, a comfort and amazing to watch. Other birds bathe in my handmade birdbaths, they enjoy my yard, as much as I enjoy watching them, therapy, meditation, and beauty, controls my garden, adding on it every day, my husband and I build it and more interesting with every turn. We have no need for selfish, controlling, envious people, that includes, family, if there are going to be so shallow, and downright cruel, who needs them, independence, can be lonely, but it can be heaven sent as well, and you might say they are the ones that are mentally ill, because they will never see the light, like they say you can see the stars but never see the light. People don't look beyond their own selfish greed, or self-centered ways, they only care about what is right in front of them, or the corrupt people they hang with, they don't see how dangerous someone is, that causes havoc. you might have thousands of social media friends, or call a person a friend, but do you really see what kind of person they are, they hide their true selves, under a cloak, or behind religion, or their own lies. These people are like buzzards, picking the bones, picking what is left, the of the hurt they inflicted. My sister is a buzzard, she drinks, and spews and hates, she has resented me for years, but will I ever give in again, no, I will not, because I am not the piece of meat for her to gloat and feast on and use for fodder. My mother is the crow that follows the buzzard and picks small pieces, one after another, until there's nothing left. Will I let it go, will I forgive them, no, would the hummingbird forgive the hawk, if she stole her eggs, no she wouldn't. I cannot forgive the hypocrite, the ones who say one thing and do another, I cannot forgive the tyrants, the liars or narcissists that passed through my life, why should I look over the friends, my sister has that are full of hatred, envy and live in a fantasy world, no I have a clean garden, they grow weeds and nettles, they might be disguised as red flowers, and hummingbird feeders, and trees, but underneath they are no more than toxic weeds.
