I felt something extremely warm on my stomach, it didn't hurt it was just warm. Even though everything around was a blur, I felt that finally I could let go of all my burdens and fears. The only thing I saw in my last minutes were Roberto's eyes they were so warm. I let go of everything, I let go of his eyes, I let go of his touch on my back that made sure I wouldn't fall and that gently put me on the ground, let go of my anger and I closed my eyes.
The Lily had accepted her fate long ago she knew what the life she had chosen would cost, she knew that one day she wouldn't wake up.
Miya's eyes never opened again this was it, her life ended in the hands of those you'd think would love her the most. As for Roberto he was now left with a dead bride and the need for revenge.

The Lily Underground ends here. It's been amazing writing this story but I have always known that the ending would not be happy. Lily knew the consequences of her choices and the life she therefore had.
