3rd Person POV:
The Sully's and Lana were all sleeping peacefully. Lana decided to stay the night in their Mauri, knowing they all needed comfort after yesterday's events. They were woken up by a horn.
"What was the horn for?"
Lana thought for a minute before realizing the tone of the horn. It was only blown like that when the Tulkun returned from their cycle.
"The Tulkun are here! Our brother's and sister's have returned!"
I told them as we went outside. The Sully's were in awe of the beautiful creatures. Tyseria came dragging Lo'ak to meet her spirit sister, Neteyem, Kiri, and Tuk running down to the water where the Tulkun were. Lana looked to Jake smiling
"Come meet my spirit sister!" Lana said as she smiled excitedly, dragging him in the water to where her Tulkun was.
Jake looked at Lana with love. "She's so amazing" thought Jake. Jake had realized a week ago that he loved Lana; he just didn't know how to tell her that he did and that he wanted her to be his mate. When he fell in love and mated with Neytiri it was young love. Now he was older and wiser and he was sure that his love for Lana was eternal. Neytiri was his first love while Lana was his eternal soulmate.
Lana and Jake reached Lana's Tulkun. Lana immediately hugged her and started signing to her tulkun.
"Hello sister"
"Hello, who is this behind you?" she asked Lana as she brought Jake forward
"He shall tell you. I will be right back, I'm going to get the children"
Lana told them as she went to where the Sully kids were
"I am Jake Sully, nice to meet you" Jake signed
"Nice to meet you too, I am Aimee". Jake nodded and turned, seeing his kids and Lana
"Kids this is my spirit sister Aimee" Lana signed underwater
The kid's all swam up to Aimee as she greeted them, putting them on her fin swimming around. The kid's laughed and squealed as they moved around on Aimee's fin. After a while the kid's became tired and Lana told them to head home with Jake to eat and rest. They hugged Aimee and Lana goodbye, Jake kissing Lana promising to see her later.
Lana's POV:
I watched with a love-struck look as Jake and the Kid's walked to their Mauri to eat and rest. My attention was brought back to my spirit sister when she nudged me with her fin.
"He seems very nice."
"He is" I signed with a dreamy look on my face
"Have you mated"
"No we haven't" I signed to her with a small frown on my face
"Why? Do you not love him?"
"I do sister. But I do not know what to do. What if he does not want to be my mate?"
I told her, worried on how I would approach him to be my mate.
"Trust me, he wants to be your mate. He looks at you with much love. Take him to the special spot you would go as a child and mate before Eywa. Eywa will be there with you for support."
She was right. Tomorrow when the tulkun leave I will take Jake to my special spot and ask him to be my mate, my eternal love.
(Time Skip - Next Day)
Lana's POV:
I took a deep breath as I stood in front of the Sully Mauri. I walked in to see Jake putting away some fish.
"Where are the children?"
"They went out to do their own thing" I nodded as he stood in front of me, kissing me softly.
"Will you come somewhere with me?" I asked him
He nodded softly as I smiled. I led him to our Tursak's who were laying together. It turns out they were mates. We got on our Tursak's as I led Jake to my special spot. Soon we arrived and got off our Tursak's. I grabbed Jake's hand, leading him inside a cave I found as a child.
He looked around in awe.
"It's amazing."
"Yes, it is...Jake I brought you here because I wanted to ask you something"
"What is it?" I sighed before speaking again
"When I was with my spirit sister, she asked me if we mated and I said no. She also said if I loved you, I would mate with you. I know my answer"
"What is it?" Jake said looking hopeful
"It's yes. I brought you here to ask you to be my mate, before Eywa." I told him as he beamed and kissed me
3rd Person POV:
Jake kissed Lana as they moved to sit on the ground, Jake lifting her into his lap grabbing his braid, and removing his Navi clothes and hers. They kissed passionately and hungirly before breaking apart looking at each other with love as they connected their queues. They connected their lips again. They were one. They felt each other's breath, touch, saw each other's memories, and their love felt more intense. They spent the night connected and showed their love for each other though physical touches and kisses murmuring I see you repeatedly.
