"Y/n."

You hummed in response, eyes focused on what you were doing. The soup bubbled on the stove and the rice let out steam that covered it's lid. You were chopping carrots - Kei was leaning down on the kitchen counter, awaiting for you to say anything.

Once you finished chopping the carrots, you placed down the knife and turned to look at the man staring at you. He had his palm on his face while he leaned, he looked kind of upset for some reason.

"What is it?" You asked. Wiping your hands down on your apron, you approached the man and cupped his face. The sun had already rested and the moon replaced it's place. Many stars filled the night sky and you could very well see their reflection on Kei's glasses. You can feel your ears warming, and your lips curved to a smile.

"You look lovely." You said. "But why do you look so disheartened?" You laughed and pinched his nose.

He caught your hands and laid them down while he looked at you once more. "Did you really need to take them to your home?" He said and looked back to the chaotic bunch down at the dinner table. Hinata and Nishinoya was playing with the twins, Suga was talking to your mom, Daichi was scolding Hinata and Nishinoya, while the rest of team was just sitting there; all awkward and laughing.

A laugh bubbled in your throat when you saw the atmosphere. It was warm, chaotic, and bright. Much different from the calm and gentle atmosphere your home usually has.

Kei took notice of your expression, and from then on, he didn't complain anymore. If that was what you wanted, then he has no complains.

The night went on and everyone had their fill. Then the time came where they had to go home now. Everyone said their goodbyes and went their separate ways home, leaving you and Tsukkishima at the doorway, with you waving your hand to the silhouette disappearing in the darkness.

"Should we go grab a drink?" You asked and patted Kei's shoulder. He nodded. You told your mom you would go out a bit, she told you to not stay out too late and both you and Tsukkishima went to grab a few drinks.

The night was silent, far seemingly more nerve racking by each moment passed. Anyone would have been scared, but not for the couple who were walking down the endless road. You had your eyes fixed on the infront. When you suddenly looked towards a little portion of the road where the place was covered in trees. There was a silent pause before you spoke up.

"Kei?" You asked. He turned for what you have to say. "Why don't you go on a bit? I think I saw a cat over there, and I don't wanna waste any time looking back for it again later."

"Then shall we go look for it together?" Kei's eyes were a little concerned, knowing that it was a little late in the night, he didn't want to leave you be. "What will I do if anything happens to you?"

You chuckled and gave him assurance. "I'm fine Kei, no need to worry. I will just take a minute."

Tsukkishima hesitated.

Before he could say anything else, you grinned and looked at the trees beside you. "I really need to settle things with this cat." You said.

Kei took a moment before he turned his back, "I'll be back as fast as I can, please be safe until then." He said. He then ran to the nearest vending machines to quickly get drinks. You were left alone now. You stepped forward and walked inside the area filled with trees.

The wind went past your body and for a moment, you would have shivered from the cold, but you had no time to waste when you took hold of someone's hand about to grab your hair.

You shifted your strength to your arms and lower body to lift the person and slam him down on the ground infront of you. He groaned in pain and had trouble catching his breath because of the impact.

"Come out come out little cat." You said in a singsang voice, looking towards the direction where no one was sighted. "I know your in there."

A rustle came from a nearby tree, and the culprit behind it all stood still, looking over her comrade who had just fallen from the ground. "What...did you do?" She glared at you with all the hate she could muster. You looked back at the man groaning in pain.

You shrugged your shoulders. "Self...defense?"

She gritted her teeth - she was seething in anger. "You bitch."

You chuckled and bowed. "Oh? Why thank you." You said.

"You won't get away with this."

"Hmm?..." your eyes shifted from the man to Tsugimi, eyes looking at her with nothing more but void. "I believe I should be the one to say that."

She stepped a back. "What?"

You stood up straight and walked slowly towards her. When you had the perfect distance to be able to face her fully, you leaned in and said. "I won't let you off so easily. If you ever thought that doing all those things to me without getting something in return, will be quite the troublesome thought." You said. "Bacause in all sense...I will not let you get away with what you did that easily." You wispered.

You smiled. "Oh and by the way. Did you not get the message I sent  one of your boyfriends with?"

You stepped out a little farther and towards the man. "I told him-" you dodged a punch and punched him back right at the face. "That if you ever dare come close to me again-" you shifted your position and punch him hard on the stomach. Landing another punch on his face, you weren't satisfied, and so you landed one on his nose. He bled quite a lot for a man with a face like stone. He stumbled backwards and fainted due to the non-stop bleeding on his nose.

"I'll kill you."

You looked back to where Tsugimi was, and she just stood still. Trembling with her teeth gritted in anger. At this rate, she'll powder her own teeth.

"So please, do not be so dumb as to approach me again when you've seen what I can do." You said. And smiled. "Your little boyfriend over there was very feeble despite being a man."

You sighed. "How pathetic."

You stepped forward again and patted Tsugimi's shoulder. She flinched back but did nothing to resist. "Remember what had happened tonight, and take it as a warning. Do not ever underestimate me again, come near to me, or even involve other people in this mess." You said. "This between you and me Tsugimi, so please do face me head on if you really want to fight."

Walking away to the little corner, you can hear her collapse behind you, kneeling in defeat as she watched her little minion unconcious on the ground.

It felt satisfying to finally get rid of her. Well, if she decides to bother you again, you can do what you did today over and over until the lessen really sinks deep into her mind.

"Where were you?"

You laughed and got the drink you requested from Tsukkishima earlier. "It was a little feral cat, so I took a while to finish. Sorry." You opened the soda and drank a gulp before turning your eyes to the moon. It's glow reflecting on your irises. "It wasn't even scary. Just...a little annoying." You said.

"But I managed to settle things somehow, so that's good."

You walked a little head of him before turning your head. "Shall we go then?" You urged and walked first.

Tsukkishima stayed where he was. He looked over to where you came from before arriving. He had his hand cupped tight on his can of soda. You might not have known, but he had seen all the things you did earlier. From what you did to the man and what you said to the girl. He was hiding in a little corner, observing you.

And for goodness' sake!

He fell even harder for you.
