"I'll take my leave!"

You exclaimed at the small hallway for your mother to hear. She appeared on the corner to the  kitchen with her hands wiping down her apron. She had a smile more bright than that of the stars at night. She looked so at peace and comforted by the fact that you no longer look so fretful going to school.

"Have a good day." She said.

Two little heads popped up beside her. With bright smiles like their mother, they said--

"Bye bye N/n! I love you!" Haru said with a  giant little wave.

"I love you N/n!" Miru exclaimed and waved as well - a little blush on his cheeks.

You laughed and waved back. "I love you too! Haru, Miru!"

You started for the door and nodded to your family before going out.

It is yet another beautiful day.

You walked the streets you always tread every morning. With all too familiar sights, with all too familiar neighbors. Kuroi, as always, was walking behind you, catching up and playing with tiny rocks he encountered along the way.

You halted for a moment and grabbed your camera in your bag, positioning it with a couple of electric posts go along with the picture; the sky was illuminated with the colors of early morning, with pink and blue more visible than the rest. You clicked.

"Oh."

"Ah."

You both stared at eachother. A little while before you looked at the photo you captured.

The picture is as what described earlier, with the electric posts and the sky, and the birds flying past. And Kei's face in the middle with a confused look. You started to laugh, Kei on the other hand just smiled - looking at you.

He held your hand and started to walk, initiating your walk together as usual. As you walked, guided by Kei along the way, you started to flip through the pictures you captured before today. Every once in a while, you encountered photos of random vending machines in an alley, a cat on your neighbor's wall, Kuroi in the alley he used to live in, and...

You looked up at Kei. He had his back turned to you, his earphones rested lazily on his neck and his hand tightly held yours.

You looked back to the photo on your camera. It was the photo you accidentally took of Kei when you were trying to capture the sky. Looking back, you were thankful you decided to keep the photo.

The photo which were as beautiful as the sky above.

A photo in which reminded you a soothing dawn...
