it had been 7 months since you and taylor had broken up and she walked out, leaving you alone in her apartment. she hasn't come back since, all her stuff was still there. you was just living in her house rent free, you thought she'd at least come pick up the cats but she didn't.

you of course took care of them because you loved them dearly but they just reminded you of your ex girlfriend. ever since the break up you've been worse than ever.

you never really went outside, you cried a lot, but mostly you missed taylor so much. you had never imagined life without taylor because you both loved each other so much, but now you were actually living without her in your life it was awful.

you felt worthless, like nothing mattered. you thought taylor left you because you weren't good enough for her.

you had called andrea a few times over the months you and taylor had been apart. you were like a third child to her and she constantly told taylor she was stupid to leave you. you were the only person who's ever loved taylor for who she is, despite all the fame and money. you just loved taylor for taylor.

andrea encouraged you to go see taylor and gave you the address to where she was staying, but you couldn't bring yourself to do it. even though you needed her more than ever.

you've been a mess without her, she's the only person who knows how to cheer you up when you're not doing so well.

the last few weeks taylor had been texting you, trying to apologise but you ignored all of them and didn't even read them thinking she'd hurt you again.

you felt like there was nothing else you could do right now as you sat on the couch crying your heart out. you called andrea and pressed the phone to your ear with your shaky hand.

"hey, andrea, where did you say taylor was staying" you said through your sobs and sniffles.

she gave you the address and asked you if you were okay but you insisted you were fine and hung the phone up.

where taylor was staying was a 20 minute walk, it was pouring down with rain and it was 11pm. but you put on your coat and left the house.

you walked up the steps to her apartment and stood there for a moment, questioning why you'd done this and regretted it all. you shakily reached your hand up to knock on the door.

it was a weak knock but taylor still managed to hear it "coming!" she shouted. her voice brought a slight smile to your face but it disappeared after you remembered how she walked out on you.

she flung the door open and saw you standing there all soggy from the rain. your face was covered with tears and you were shaking and shivering.

"y/n..what happened" she said. her heart breaking at seeing you like this. she had no idea what to do, she was shocked to see you standing at her front door.

you collapsed into her arms and held onto her tightly. your legs were shaky and wobbly, she was struggling to keep you standing "shh..baby what's wrong?" she spoke softly while pulling you inside, kicking the door shut with her foot.

she held your head close to her chest as you sobbed into her sweater, her rubbing your back up and down comfortingly. she then pulled away to remove your soaking wet coat from you and hung it up next to hers.

you still couldn't stand properly because of how cold you were and you were and shaking from your crying. so taylor bent her knees a bit and picked you up, you wrapped your arms and legs around her body and continued to cry into her.

she stumbled over to the couch and placed you down and walked to the kitchen to make you a hot chocolate in hopes of warming you up.

she returned shortly with a hot chocolate in her hand "here my love, drink this it'll warm you up" she said softly and gave you the drink.

she picked up two blankets and wrapped you up tightly in them. you had calmed down a little now and moved to lay against taylor, she put an arm around you and you clung to her.

"tay i missed you so much" you cried.

"i know darling, i missed you too. i'm so sorry i should have never left you, i'd do anything to get you back again. i love you so much and i'm so so sorry baby, if you forgive me i'll promise to never hurt you again" she said softly.

"it's okay tay, i forgive you." you replied. "just don't leave me again" you said, giving her a light punch on her arm.

"y/n, i promise i won't" she said and kissed your temple.

you looked up at her with a pout on your lips and put your hand on her jaw as you kissed her. you missed her lips so much, they were so soft.

"come on baby girl let's get you into some warm clothes, you must be freezing" she said, walking you up to her bedroom holding your hand.

she handed you an oversized sweater and some joggers, and you changed into them while she went downstairs to grab some extra blankets.

she pulled you into bed, you sat in between her legs with your back leaning against her chest. she wrapped her arms around your stomach and held you close to her.

she pulled the blankets up to your shoulders to keep you warm. you leaned up and littered kisses all over her cheek before snuggling into her and drifting off to sleep.

she noticed you'd fallen asleep and kissed your forehead softly and whispered "i love you sweet girl"
