Chapter 3

Callum went home on the Sunday pretty early around half 10 and you took the day to self care with a warm bath and face mask ready for the week ahead.

Callum sent the odd text across the week but was pretty distant. But it all made sense pretty quick.

Ell came round on Wednesday evening for some dinner and a glass of wine. When she said that Owen stayed at hers the night they went out and that they had been seeing each other which you were so happy for her !! But along with this she said that Owen slipped up and said that Callum has a girlfriend but she's working away at the moment in La as she's a movie producer but came back this week and so Callum began feeling lonely and well has fallen in love with you Libby. You couldn't believe what you were hearing but also we're a bit excited. She said that he was famous a movie star even which took you a aback and so you and Ell spent the evening researching him and his girlfriend.

You told Ell you were gonna confront him the next time you saw him however since his girlfriend was back you weren't sure their would be a next time or at least not anytime soon.

So Ell helped you arrange the best text in which he responded "sure thing see you tomo at 4 x"

4 o'clock came round and be stood outside your building as you pulled up in your car from work letting him into the building. He looked on edge as though he shouldn't be here because he shouldn't.

He knew I knew we all did.

When we got up the flat I went straight to the point explains what Ell told me that Owen told her and he looked ashamed but all he could say was "that's all true I'm sorry Libby"
You said "I'm not surprised I did my research mr movie star"
He laughed but avoided all eye contact.
"Now either you leave her before she goes back to La or you leave and don't bother contacting me, no excuses if buts or maybes that's it in black and white" you said as you put your shoes in the hallway.

He stood in the kitchen in silence for a good five minutes as you went and got changed in your room.

When you reappeared in the kitchen he simply said "I need time Libby shes not leaving just yet, she leaves in two weeks. Give me those two weeks please. Let me let her down easy."

"One week Callum that's all after that you won't here from me" with that you directed him out the flat as bad and mean as it may seem your not going to wait around for two weeks for someone to break up with someone in one of those weeks and the other just act like their normal boyfriend. You were not going to be used and waste your time on him if he then chooses he doesn't want you, your 30 not 18.
