Alora's POV

I quickly went out of our room and ran downstairs to see what is happening. When I was already at the living room, I saw Levi with another man wearing a cap.

"What happened?!" I shouted.

"Tangina mo, p're. Kung hindi lang kita nakita agad baka binigwasan na kitang hinayupak ka." Levi said while his hands were on his chest.

"I'm sorry for barging in. I was in a hurry and your door is fucking open, idiot." I heard a familar voice.

"Who are you?" I asked the guy and he removed his cap.

They both turned their head to look at me and then the guy removed his cap.  When he removed his cap, the first thing that I saw was his large scar on his cheek. My eyes widened as I got shocked.

"Jiro, Levi's cousin." He said.

"W-What-"

"I'm sorry to scare you. I'll leave as soon as possible, I just need to say something to your Fiancé." He cut me off as he turned to look at Levi.

"O-Oh sige p're. Hintayin mo nalang ako dito sa sala." Levi said as he walked towards me and hold my hand. "Tara muna sa kwarto." He whispered.

I glanced at his cousin and I saw him walking towards the couch. Levi and I went back to his bedroom. I sat on the bed while Levi was walking back and forth in front of me.

"I didn't know you have other cousin. I thought I already met all of your family members." I started. He got stilled for a minute and then turned to look at me.

"Ah. Nasa ibang bansa rin kasi siya noon, nagtatrabaho. Kababalik niya lang siguro ngayon." He explained.

"Uhm. Do you know what happened to him?" I asked insensitively. He got silent for a while but smiled afterwards.

"Wala na akong nababalitaan simula noong umalis siya kaya nga nagulat ako at nakita siya dito." He said. "Oh sige na, kamahalan. Magpahinga ka na. Kakausapin ko muna si Jiro." He smiled at me.

"Alright." I said as I slowly laid down on his bed. I waited for him to come out his room before I turned my back at the door.

Who is he really?

**********

I woke up in the morning and saw Levi sleeping on the couch. I stood up from the bed to wake him up.

"Hey." I said as I gently tap his shoulders. He groaned but didn't even open his eyes. "Why are you sleeping there? You have your own room, Leviticus."

"Hmm. Nandun si Jiro." He said while his eyes were still closed.

"What? I thought he will leave after you talk last night?" I asked.

"Dito ko muna pinatulog." He said. "Mamaya na tayo mag-usap, Ali."

"Why? What's wrong?" I asked him but he just stayed silent. I sat on the couch and tapped his shoulder. "Hey."

He opened his eyes and stare at me intently. He sat up and I was shocked when he suddenly wrapped his arms around me.

"A-Are you okay?" I asked again and I heard him sighed.

"Wala, ayos lang ako." He said and let go of me.

"It seems like there is something wrong. You can tell me."

"Ayos lang talaga, Ali. Medyo hindi lang maganda ang pakiramdam ko." He said and smiled a little before standing up.

"Maliligo lang ako." He said as we walk to the bathroom.

"Alright. I'll cook for breakfast." I told him and I went out of the room.

As I was walking down the stairs, I saw the guy who from last night sitting on the couch. He turned his head and looked at me as he heard my footsteps. He did not say anything and just stare at me.

"Uh. Good morning. How's your sleep?" I asked as I tried to lessen the awkwardness.

"Good." He simply said.

"Uhm.. Alright. Hintayin mo nalang si Levi, he's just taking a bath. I'll be in the kitchen." I told him and went straight to the kitchen.

When I was already inside, I sighed deeply. That guy is really weird.

I started to cook our breakfast and arrange the plates and utensils at the dining area. After that, I called the two guys at the living room.

"Wow naman, Ali! Dami niyan ah!" Levi said as he went inside with Jiro.

"Of course, tatlo tayong kakain. and you're matakaw din kasi."

"Narinig ko 'yon." He said.

We all sat down and started to eat.

***********

"Sino siya? Pogi ba? Nananakal ba sa kama?" Macky asked me.

"Stop that. I'm serious." I said.

"Ay, serious din ako 'te."

I rolled my eyes at him and he just laughed at me.

"I don't know. He's just acting so weird.." I said as I stare into nothing. "But it looks like Levi knows him so well but it bothers me so much whenever I think of that guy."

"Halla, hindi ka gaganyan today. May Leviticus ka na ha." Macky said and I looked at him in disbelief.

"It's not like that! Argh! Bahala ka nga diyan!" I stood up and left him at the cafeteria.

I walk straight up to the garden and sat down on the grass. I sighed and looked up to the sky.

In the past few days, I haven't given much thought to our conversation about when I'd be leaving. So much has happened that's been occupying my mind, and my original plans have barely crossed my mind. I guess I've been enjoying Levi's presence so much that everything else has taken a backseat.

I need to set my mind straight so I can prepare for what needs to be done. I'm really eager to break free from the constraints my parents have placed on me. I want to pursue the things I'm passionate about without my parents standing in the way. I want to chase my dreams without anyone holding me back.

"Bakit ka nag-iisa dito, Eli?"

I was taken aback when I saw Levi's face in front of me when I was staring at the sky. I blinked two times before standing up slowly.

"Levi.. What are you doing here? You don't have classes?"

"Papunta na sana pero nakita kasi kita dito. Ano, ayos ka lang?" He asked and I quickly nod my head.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Don't worry. Go na, baka ma-late ka pa sa next class mo." I said.

"Sigurado ka? Nasaan ba kasi yung kaibigan mo?" He asked again while looking everywhere.

"He went somewhere. I'm fine nga, and I just wanted to be alone." I smiled at him then he just stare at me for a while.

"Alright. But tell me when something is wrong. Nandito lang ako, Alora." He said as he hold my hand.

"Thank you... Leviticus."

He nodded and said goodbye. I just stare at him while he was walking away.

You've made me so happy during the time we spent together, but I need to start focusing on my plans now. You know how important this is to me. I'm sorry I can't stay with you for too long.

 Thank you for everything, Leviticus.
