you stood in front of me
the depth of your beautiful eyes was all i could see
i could feel myself drifting
away from reality
and for a second there, i didn't realise the brutality.
what does it mean to love?
i know ours is greater than all the stars above
my gaze shifted,
down to your luscious lips
my stomach immediately did flips
you struck a chord in my heart
never before did i notice that your smile is the greatest piece of art
your face inches closer to mine
and almost instantly, the stress leaves my mind
our lips press together
and suddenly it's the most beautiful weather
i want to prolong this moment and make it last forever
because goddamnit, nothing else is better.
