POV Xavier

We hugged in the darkness of Wednesday's and my mind, existing and not existing at same time. My thoughts were interlaced with hers, and the feeling of being united was overwhelming but so natural. We spoke about eternal: life, peace, love... Of course, Wednesday had her own standpoint, arguing about eternal life and piece, but eternal love was left by us without a comment. We could build our own reality because time and space were under our rule. I learned how to crawl inside Wednesday's mind so we could see each other.

It was another time when I came to visit Wednesday inside her head. Fiest, I was in the ward, but suddenly I opened my eyes, having turned out inside her mind. I saw her shadowy silhouette. Wednesday was already waiting for me, having her back to me. When she turned around, the corners of her lips got lifted up a little. I approached her as quick as a flash, and pressed her to me tightly, having closed my eyes.
- Waited for my hugs? - I teased Wednesday. She uncertainty placed her arms on my waist.
- I wait for your embrace as much as embrace of Death, - Wednesday cocked her eyebrow slightly.
- I will take is as "yes", - I hid my nose in her hair.
- Where are we going today? What about graveyard? - Wednesday wondered. Every time I came to her, we chose a place to imagine.
- What about this? - I closed my eyes, and my mind transported us to the bank of the river, and our ears caught the sounds of the pouring water, birds and were singing, and it seemed the grasshoppers were trying to sing along. It was an early sunset. The rays of light permeated the azure sky, and rose pink clouds swam in its blueness.
- Decently, - Wednesday nodded and sat in the ground. - The view on the graveyard demands a special recognition.
- Graveyard? - I turned my head around. - I didn't imagine... Oh...
I noticed the cemetery on the right side from the river, the black dots turned out to be gravestones.
- That's your job, right? - I smiled and placed myself near Wednesday. She gave me a nod, and she was obviously satisfied with her imagination.
The water was calm and alluring, and the sun rays were jumping on the shiny surface.
- Wanna swim? - I stood up and got closer to the transparent water. Cool waves embraced my feet, I moved my toes.
- I go into the water only if I need to hide a body on the deep.
I was sure Wednesday would kill me but I wanted to take that risk. My fingers touched the water, and the thousands of drops flew onto her. My laughter filled out our small world. Wednesday looked at me with the words frozen in her eyes: "Run, if you wanna live".
And I ran. I ran deeper into the water, and Wednesday, being vicious, meant to chase me. She splashed as hard as she could, and I pretended to flee, splashing in return. In several minutes we were both wet but Wednesday was not about to stop. She needed her revenge.

Wednesday reached me when she was on the deep of her neck, and since I was higher, I just stared at her, kindly mocking.

Wednesday gave me a chilly look with her black eyes, which stayed above the surface before disappearing under the water. I turned around to find her but no waves betrayed the movement of her body. I stared at the water, getting worried: "Is it possible to die inside your mind?". Rapidly something pulled me down the water which all of the sudden got much deeper than it was before. I couldn't feel the bottom by my feet anymore, and my body was getting deeper and deeper. I looked down and saw Wednesday, holding my waist and looking at me with her foxy eyes. Then she said something, the bubbles of oxygen got out of her mouth, and somehow her silent words reached me under the water, having just popped up in my head:
- I will take your soul.
And then she let me go and we both appeared above the surface of water. The sun glided everything around, stellar water dazzled the eyes.
The world around us was bright and full of colour, but Wednesday's black eyes seemed to become completely black. She reminded me of a malevolent beautiful creature from the deep:
- You have already taken it. It's yours, - I came closer to Wednesday.
- Mine, - she slightly smiled and looked attentively at my lips.
The feeling of kissing was just the same as in the reality: bitter-sweet cherry with ice cold lips. And I couldn't be enough of this. One of my hands was on her waist, another one was on her cheek. We stayed above the water surface, it was the world of our imagination, a weird fusion of two psychic minds, and we could do whatever we wanted.
