The car rolled towards them as it went aflame, coming right at them.

Everyone was in panic as each and everyone of them casted their magic.

"Idiots! Stop it!" Mari said.

"Everyone, calm down." Mayumi said.

"Cancel those spells!" Mari said, "Juumonji, do you think you can hold it off?" She asked.

"Just blocking it won't be a problem...but the Psion storm is overpowering." Juumonji said, "I can't extinguish the fire as well!" He said.

"Miyuki will handle it." (Y/n) said.

"But..." Miyuki said.

"Don't worry, if anything happens, I'll be your backup." (Y/n) said.

"Okay." Miyuki said as she cast a spell which sent a wave of cool air which extinguish the flames on the vehicle.

(Y/n) activated her nature and earth element magic to assist in capturing and stopping the car.

Later

Once the dust of chaos was cleared and the traffic was dealt by the technical team the bus continued to make it's way to the venue.

"Is everyone alright?" Mayumi asked, "Thank you, (Y/n)-chan. Thanks to you the bus is unharmed." She said.

"Thank you but you should really be thanking Ichihara-senpai who stopped the bus with deceleration magic and Miyuki for taking out the fire." (Y/n) said.

"That's because you gave me the instructions, (Y/n)-chan." Miyuki said.

"I may have told you to do it because I knew you were more than capable and also without my say you would've done so, that just shows how much faith I have in you." (Y/n) said.

"(Y/n)." Miyuki said as she held her by the arm 

Although the chaos ended smoothly and Mari however, did not let a second year go as she should have known better than to panic and cast spells alongside the panicked first year as casting multiple spells at once will automatically cause them to cancel each other.

"In a pressing situation, you have to calm down first." Mayumi said, "Don't forget to communicate with each other." She said as (Y/n) looked out to see Tatsuya handling the road work.

'You really are impressive Tatsuya...however, the driver.' She thought as she had verified that the car did not go out control by accident.

Suddenly, Tatsuya turned and the two made eye contact, she smiled as she gave him a small wave which he returned with a small smile of his own.

Nine School Competition Lodgings

As Hanzou get off the bus, he turns to the Shiba family.

"Something's wrong, Hattori?" Kirihara asked.

"No, it's nothing." Hanzou said.

"At the very least, it doesn't looks like things are going well." Kirihara said.

"It's just that my confidence took something of a hit." Hanzou said.

"Hey, the competition starts day after tomorrow." Kirihara said, "Is it really the time for the crisis of confidence?" He said.
