Allison's Pov

Alpha Sirus left me alone in this huge house as he went to tend to the pack members. Our little show outside disturbed the celebration of the ceremony. I could not be more embarrassed to what happened. It's the fact everyone saw everything.

I bite my finger as I placed back and forward around the sitting room. I wanted to escape, I felt trapped, like a caged bird that could not spread its wings. I finally sit down on the couch and lay my head back trying to relax. I close my eyes trying to clear my mind and thing of a solution how I can actually escape without causing trouble.

I jolt my eyes open as I hear the front door open. Quickly standing up I look a head by listening to the footsteps that were getting closer.

"Are you going to explain yourself?" He asks as he folds his arms to his chest.

"What do you mean explain myself?" I question looking at him confused.

"You ran away and also tried to reject me, your own mate." He says with a scowl on his face. He looked absolutely pissed.

"I thought I told you, I don't want a mate." I huff looking away from his gaze. If I continue staring the angrier he getd.

"I don't understand what your problem is with me, did I do something to you?" He questions.

"You're not the problem, I am. I really am not cut out to be a leader. Especially leading a whole powerful pack, I won't meet the pack members expectations." I tell him. "It really would be easy if you marry Cecelia."

"Don't you fucking dare." He grits his teeth. He sighs walking away as he made his way upstairs leaving me here all alone.

"Hey! Don't you leave me here, we not done talking." I shout as I followed him upstairs.

"You think being in my position is easy as it sounds." He said as he stopped dead in his tracks. "A pack needs a Luna, an Alpha's true mate. The pack becomes more powerful if it's led by a true Luna, pack members that feel connected to their Luna. Even if I would marry Cecelia, you know exactly no one would feel that kind of connection."

I think about what he just told me and it made sense what he said. I was afraid, the thought of disappointing so many people couldn't leave my mind. If only it was that easy. I sigh as I looked up into his alluring eyes.

"Give me time to think about this. This is too much to handle." I tell him my voice sounding so low. I felt defeated.

"Fine." With that said he leaves me yet again in the empty hall way.

I make my way to the pack house, to speak to my parents. Half way I turn back rushing back to the main house. I knock the door roughly as I felt like I had eyes on me. Alpha Sirius opens the door looking at me confused.

"I thought you left."

"I did, I just couldn't find myself being around people. I just need space just for tonight. So can I please stay here?" I ask and he opens the door wider moving out of the way as he allows me inside.

"Thank you." I whisper loud enough for him to hear me.

"You can use the guest room upstairs. You won't miss it, it's next to the bathroom. Do you want anything to eat?" I shake my head no as I make my way upstairs to the guest bedroom and I walk in looking at the plain looking room.

I sit on the bed allow myself to feel comfortable. Alpha Sirius walks in to hand me a plain black shirt for me to sleep in and I thank him and he nods without saying a word leaving me in the room alone. The shirt smelt like him. It was kinda intoxicating. I enter the bed and start to cozy up slowing drifting to sleep.

I found myself standing alone in a moonlit clearing, surrounded by ancient trees that seemed to whisper secrets to the night. The air was cool, and the world held its breath as if awaiting something extraordinary.

As I gazed up, I saw her—a luminous figure bathed in silver light, her presence both ethereal and comforting. I knew it in my heart. Her eyes held the wisdom of the ages, and her voice, when she spoke, was like a soft, distant melody that echoed through the cosmos.

"Selena, you back." A smile beams on my face as I said excited.

"My noble child," she said, her voice a soothing caress, "you stand beneath my gaze, a canvas upon which destiny paints its intricate patterns."

I felt a mixture of awe and trepidation as I replied, "Selena, why am I here? What purpose do the stars hold for me?"

She smiled, and the moonlight danced in her eyes. "Allison, you are no ordinary soul. You are a thread woven into a tapestry of fate, one that binds you to two Alphas, two hearts, and two packs. Your destiny is to bridge their worlds, to bring balance where there is chaos, and to mend what has been torn asunder."

Confusion welled within me. "But can you explain to me why this heavy burden falls on me? What could possibly unite two Alphas, sworn rivals?"

She extended a radiant hand, and I saw the threads of destiny spinning around her fingers like silver threads. "Child, there are mysteries that even I cannot unravel entirely. Your path is one of love and power, of challenges and choices. The Alphas' hearts, like yours, are bound by forces greater than themselves. Embrace your role as the link between their worlds, for in your intertwined fate, there lies the potential for both chaos and harmony."

I nodded, my heart heavy with the weight of my extraordinary destiny. "But what of my freedom? Can I ever find it?"

The Moon Goddess's expression softened, and her voice was a whisper on the night breeze. "Freedom, dear one, comes in many forms. To truly find it, you must first accept your destiny and the choices that lie ahead. In them, you may discover a freedom far greater than you ever imagined."

I woke up sunlight beaming straight into my eyes. I rub my eyes as I sit up looking confused. I had a dream last night, but I don't remember anything. I try to recollect what the dream was about but nothing came into mind. Feeling confused with a heavy heart, I get out bed making my way downstairs.
