"He ate his leg for you?" You blinked a good few times after Sanji told you all about him and Zeff, the chef and owner of Baratie. "Well...damn, I mean.... that's commitment..."
"Yep, we were stuck on that rock for 85 days." Sanji smirked as he packed some food away in containters. "So you know, I'm a real patience man, if you know what I mean?"
"...Okay." You looked away from him at the attempt of a flirt.
"Luffy!" Nami ran back into the boat, yelling for the captain and with a very worried look on her face. "Luffy!"
"Nami, what's wrong?" You stood up off the chair, going to the red head.
"I need everyone here." She said, biting her nails. A few moments later, Luffy and Usopp walked into the kitchen, curious to know why they were needed.
Turns out, Arlong and two members of his crew were on Baratie, and they were looking for Luffy. And considering it was Arlong, you hardly doubt that it was for good reasons.
Zoro was out, and was not waking up any time soon, and Luffy was borderline about to go insane, and something was up with Nami. The crew wasn't in any fit shape to fight, but Luffy wasn't going to run away anymore. So when it was revealed the Buggy helped Arlong find you guys and a fight brokw out, you were a little pissed to say the least.
The fishmen on board attacked Zeff first, kicking out his leg and making him fall. Sanji then sprung into action at that and used his kicks to ward off the fishmen. You ran ahead with him, but you stopped advancing towards the Fish-Men as you saw Sanji fight. He could seriously pack a few kicks with his legs, and the fish-men were taking the hits.
That was until one of the Fish-men grabbed his leg and threw him back into you."Oh." You didn't have anytime to jump out of the way, so you accepted your fate and just deflated your shoulders as Sanji barreled into you.
Slamming hard into the staircase rails, you took in a sharp inhale of breath. Without even punching anyone yet, you already had the wind knocked out of you."Get up when you can." You informed Sanji as he was still in some pain.
You got up off your ass and walked towards the fish-men with large lips and a bottle of win in his hand.He took an unhealthy swing before settling it down on the table, cracking his neck at you. Unimpressed and unfazed, you sighed, wishing you had stretched a small bit before fighting.
You then charged at him, sliding under between his legs and aggressively elbowing upwards up where the sun doesn't shine. He groaned and grabbed his reproducer in pain. But he was still able to move, as he just quite literally slapped you for it.
You were in a short state of shock at the slap, instead you were thinking of being thrown around or at least sucker-punched, but you got a rather womanly slap to the face. He had soft hands that only made the slap a lot more graceful then it should have been. You shook your head off it, no longer going into immerse detail about the slap you just got. There was a silver platter next to you, so you did the one thing anyone would do. You grabbed it and started to hit him with it.
First attacking his hips, to force him to jolt in the other way, you stepped around to the side, where you then harshly grabbed both corners of the platter and hit his face, forcing spit to come out as you raised the silver platter and went to strike it down on his face.
But he just grabbed your hand and a slow grin found his face.
"Not today, Fruit Slave.""Awww..." You made a fake happy sound. "You almost knew my name!"
And that's how you could say you found yourself being thrown into the kitchen. A stampede of pots and pans clattered around and on you as you slammed into the cupboard. Most of the staff were out fighting for their head-chef or at least their restaurant, which was good enough for you.
