The presence of the OCs also change a lot of things in the original story, but it doesn't stray drastically far from the feel of Vampire Diaries. Or you might think it does, idk. Again, if you don't like the sound of that, you can always leave.

This story is rated mature because of some heavy themes like mental health and death and mature language. I'll put a warning before any chapter I think is particularly heavy.
Also, this story hardly contains any smut, unless you consider suggestions of sexual activity smut. Just telling y'all now so you won't be disappointed. There might be few smut scenes but that's a might. I will tell you guys above the chapter if there's smut in it if I decide to write smut. Thank you.
Another thing, I kinda maybe definitely changed the relationship between the Mikaelsons. I couldn't stop myself! Kol and Finn deserved better!
Sigh.
The relationship is still incredibly toxic seeing as Klaus still diggers them and is a paranoid control freak who has trust issues, daddy issues, mummy issues and other issues... and Elijah is still a bit of an enabler... maybe not a bit.
In short, they're still the Mikaelsons, just that I'm not questioning if Kol and Finn are actually part of the family anymore.
Also, Finn did NOT SPEND NINE HUNDRED YEARS OF HIS LIFE IN A COFFIN FOR FUCK'S SAKE! Damn, that gets me mad, but poor guy didn't deserve that.
Anyways...
