Ariana sits down on the ground. "This'll hurt. A lot," she says to Tatia. "Damon, Stefan, Sam, Farah, you all will be sent to the other side once I get your blood into the ritual. You'll be sent away from the person you're targeting." She sighs.

"Apparently they'll all be unconscious in the most emotional place to you and the person you're bonded to. Get them to their bodies back here. Then the coffins will open. All of you need to set timers for your phones for exactly a day. That's how long you'll have. If you stay even a second longer, then you'll all be trapped there." We all nod then she inhales and exhales before beginning to chant.

"Per virtutem spiritus Doppelgänger mittere passus uidet inferos. Per virtutem spiritus Doppelgänger mittere passus uidet inferos. Per virtutem spiritus Doppelgänger mittere passus uidet inferos." She takes out the four tubes of blood and continues.

"Nexum sanguinis per suos spiritus salvus permitti iubent." I inhale deeply and I close my eyes. Nobody else can see me, and Elena's gone. I run out of the house and run into Stefan. "Where's Sam and Farah?"

"Right here." They run up to us. "Let's start looking. We all know who we're getting, right?"

"I get Evie, Farah gets Ricky, you get Mom and Uncle Stefan gets Aunt Katherine." I nod then we start looking around. "Think guys. Where's the most emotional place they'd be?" Stefan asks.

"Elena and I... The boarding house."

"Why?"

"That was where we slept together for the first time." He raises an eyebrow. "Oh, cut it. We were both pissed because Klaus wasn't dead and you were for real gone. We needed a coping method." He nods a little. "We can't start there, though. Elena has to be last. Ricky first. Then Evie and Katherine."

"Why?"

"The order of the sacrifice. Elena told me." Farah thinks. "My most emotional moment with Ricky was... When we were saying goodbye."

"The motel. Room 239." We head there. "Stefan, what if we run into Kit?"

"We won't. That bitch is burning in hell." I nod then we head inside the motel. "Farah, if you need help carrying Ricky, only your Dad can touch him. Only someone of blood relation. Same goes for you, Sam. You two are going back first. Return to your bodies after you get their souls back in. We won't be far behind. Hopefully you guys are all in Mystic Falls." Sam thinks. "Mystic Falls High School. That was the first time I ever met Evie."

"Let's get Ricky first." We walk over to the motel and we get inside. "Second floor." We head up then run to the room. Farah cries out. "Baby, what's wrong?" Stefan caresses her cheek.

"M-My blood. Daddy it burns."

"Farah, it's alright. Be strong." She nods then I open the door. Ricky lies there, unconscious as Ariana said. "Daddy, I can't." She falls to her knees and her body shakes. "Stefan..." He looks at me. "We should've gotten Jade. She's too young." Farah throws herself at Ricky and touches him. His face fills with color but he doesn't wake. Stefan and Farah carry him toward the woods. "Daddy it hurts," She sobs. "I know, baby. But it'll be okay. It's almost over."

"We'll go get Evie. Wait at the witch house, we'll be there soon." He nods and they head in the opposite direction. "Dad, I think time passes quicker here." He holds up his phone and it shows that we have 19 hours left. "That means that 5 minutes was like 5 hours. We only have 19 minutes left. Come on." We run the rest of the way to Evie. He looks at his phone. "Dad, 15 minutes." He winces and grabs his wrist. "It's like fire instead of blood."

"Come on, Sam. We have to hurry. Evie is there, collapsed in the hallway. Sam touches her and he cries out. He picks her up then we flash to the witch house. Stefan waits there for us. "Stef, we gotta go."

"We have hours left, Damon."

"Hours are like minutes on the other side, Stefan. We have to hurry." I check my phone. "As of now, we only have 12 minutes left." We walk out. "Think, Stefan. Where's the most emotional place with Katherine?"

"I don't know... Maybe when I realized I loved her?"

"Where?"

"It was back in 1864. The Founder's Ball." I think. "The Lockwood Plantation?" He nods then we begin running. "Wait a minute... Were you always in love with Katherine?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Brother," I shake my head, "you dated Elena." He laughs. "Why do you think you're married to her? You have your soulmate and I have mine." Soon we reach the plantation. "Where was it exactly, Stefan?"

"We were dancing, so... The ballroom." We run to that general area, but she isn't there.

"Think, Stefan!"

"The old Salvatore Plantation! I know it now." We run closer and he cries out. "She's there." He runs in the rubble and she lays there, with her normal Katherine curls. "Get her back to the witch house. I need to find Elena." He nods and picks her up, wincing. I run desperately to the boarding house with 4 minutes left. I feel a sharp shooting pain, which means she's here. I walk inside. She's not in the parlor. What the hell? I gasp. Our room. I run upstairs and she lays there on the bed. I flash toward her, ignoring the searing pain and scooping her in my arms. 3 minutes. I run as fast as I can through the woods. I enter the witch house and get into the basement. I place Elena's soul in her body.

That's when my phone beeps.
