We sat in the middle of the ocean
Holding our breath
Hanging onto each other
I never drowned around you
Safe and secure
We woke up besides each other
I memorized each line and contour
Of your face
As the sun kissed your skin
You glowed like a varnished golden image
How much I fell in love over again
I followed you into the eye of the storm
I trust I will be well
I will follow through fire
Shadow you in the unknown
For you won it all
My heart and all
Never will I let go.
