Leo stays here? With Jenny?

Why?

I was still having a tough time in digesting the part of information that I just got when my opposite door opened again revealing the very person due to which my brain is having an unnecessary action at the moment.

Why?

Arg see...

Why does it matter to me at all?

I was about to enter when he poked his head out and asked...

"What you were thinking anyway?"

That why you stay here? With my grand ma?

"You thought I was stalking you...or something?"

"What?" I asked as I heard those words but the truth was I kind of thought that before which only made me a little red.

"Hmm... and why would you think like that?" He leaned over his door frame facing me, he interrogated.

He was giving me one of those looks that says -- GOTCHA!!

But still for some reason those words and the look in his eyes made me more and more red.Which only he seemed to enjoy more as his smirk got bigger. I was about to deny his whole theory and slam my room's door on his face but then the sound of my phone's ringtone made me just ignore his whole presence . Which was actually I was kind of thankful about.

And surely it was one of the best thing that happened today. Looking at the caller id only made me smile, a ear to ear one. I did not waste a second and swiped the screen.

" Where are you?" His husky voice as ever came from the other side. At first I thought he was shouting that loud, which he was in actual but then it turned out it was me who accidentally pressed on loudspeaker option. Quickly changing the settings I answered.

"C'mon Steve now don't go all wacky on me! " I looked in front and the figure which was there just a while ago was now not there anymore.

Ignoring the fact I entered in my room. Steve still on phone. I went out to the balcony, stretching myself and preparing for the upcoming action now. Anytime now I have a long explanation to give to my best friend.

Nothing was hidden between me and Steve. He knew everything about me and my family except for the fact that how my mom suddenly took the decision to leave London and settle in NYC, and in reality we did  not know about that either.

I fill in to him about everything. How we came here , what happened that night, how we got admission in here, everything and all. Steve is all emotional but this time it was me who was more sad than him. Staying without him , starting my other half of my high school life without my BFF seems so... incomplete. 

But, right now, talking to Steve somehow made me feel light as a feather,telling him everything made me feel like a heavy weight was pulled off my chest, just as it always does.

"Wake up!.. Chloe!!" In life some habits of people never changes . Just like Chloe never getting up on time on her school days.

"Open your damn eyes!" I ordered but she did not seem to hear any of my words now. I took a pillow and threw it on her face, pulling the covers to her face she groaned. "5 more minutes Beth..."
