Serenity looked at the mansion resembling a castle like a lost puppy, her jaw was almost touching the floor while eyes were wide in shock. She knew Storms were rich but dang! She never thought they were this much. The road to their mansion felt like she had entered another city, the way was massive but the mansion left her beyond shaken.

"No wonder that jerk looks down on others." She mumbled under her breath but then suddenly she felt a pang of worry against her chest.

Biting her lower lip she thought about her sister, even though Eric Storm loves her sister and Olivia feels like same that's why Serenity decided to accept this proposal but after seeing how rich that boy was she was now worried. Olivia belonged to a middle-class family and there were so many things that would become obstacles in her way before she became the daughter-in-law of this house.

Firstly the graceful and calm aura that Amelia Storm held when she came to their house obviously Olivia will have to have that aura, secondly, Serenity still didn't trust Eric Storm and the fact that he belonged to such a rich family scared her, what if that little shit broke Olivia's heart one day? It wouldn't harm that rich bully but her sensitive sister wouldn't be able to take it.

Shaking her head she took a deep breath, she needed to put her trust in her sister's choice, right now all that mattered to her was Olivia's happiness. And if her happiness was attached to this house and the son of this family then be it.

"Miss, is everything alright?" She flinched snapping her head towards the tall man who had a shotgun dangling over his shoulder, seemed like she had attracted the attention of a guard.

Expected, especially how you were gawking at the house like you wanted to bomb it up.

Her conscience mocked making her want to slap herself for staring at the house like a creep, she hesitantly smiled at the man whose blank face didn't change. She cleared her throat nodding her head.

"Yes, I am fine, I am actually here to meet Mrs. Storm." She informed the guard who frowned at her words.

"Is she expecting you?" His scarily deep voice entered her ears making her shake her head.

"No, but she knows me. Serenity Gomez." He nodded his head before walking near the gate and there she noticed a small device attached to the wall and he tapped it. The guard was talking to the device before he finally looked at her and motioned his hand towards the gate.

"You can go in mam." Serenity thanked him and entered the mansion before another servant approached her and guided the confused girl in.

The moment Serenity entered the hallway she was greeted by a wide-smiling Amelia, she looked too happy after seeing the girl who actually threw her and her husband out last night. Serenity made a mental note to apologize for her behavior last night too, she was just afraid that Olivia would get scared after seeing her bully's parents.

Yeah, right fool!

Her unfiltered conscience mocked her making her internally curse it before she gave a small awkward smile to the old woman who walked near her, "Good morning, Mrs. Storm," Serenity held her hand out for the handshake but instead was left stunned when Amelia ignored her hand and pulled her in a gentle hug.

"Call Amelia or Amy Serenity, I don't like hearing such formality from you," Amelia said before pulling away and looking at the frozen girl.

"Come in, have a seat." Serenity came out of trance and nodded at the woman before following her like a lost puppy and again she was left awestruck finding herself in a vast living room.
