The Aster Awards 2023 [CLOSED]

Till now, we have only hosted annual awards with writing genres as the basic concept. However, this time, The Heather Community wishes for a slight twist:) Buckle up, because this explanation might be a little confusing.

First things first, the contest will be divided into 5 sections. Let us discuss them in detail:

1. General Section: This section would include all genres, except the ones which have a theme/concept revolving around love. All the novels which have their plots based on genres other than romance, can submit their forms in this section.

2. Warmth Section: This section would accept all novels which have their major plot based on romance, love, intimacy, etc. Let me be more clear. If the participating novel focuses on romance solely, then obviously it is for warmth section. And if it has two plots but has romance as the major one, then they can go for the warmth section(I hope everyone knows what a major plot means. If anyone doesn't, feel free to leave a comment here!)

3. Poetry Section: Needless to say, this section would be for all the poems to be submitted.

4. K-pop Section: This section would be open for all novels which have k-pop elements in their plots. No matter the genre, if the novel is related to k-pop in any way, eg: a character reference, then the form should be filled in this section.

5. Graphic Section: As the title goes, we are accepting a few graphic entries as well in this contest. The entries will be accepted in image form over the community account's dms. The prompt is as follows: 'Weird new neighbors with a secret'
