Last time on Dragon Ball Xenoverse Z, after a job well done of destroying the Grimm of the timeline Goku and Vegeta first fought, Team RWBY returned to Remnant where they were needed the most, but vowed to return for more of when the Grimm will attack again.
Yamota has welcomed the Wyvern Dragon Succubus, Shayfeliere, to his household. Now that she feels like she found a place to call home, Shay began to stick around close to Yamota, watching over him and protect him. A trip back to the Modern Earth became full of questions after saving a student of Kuoh Academy.

Flying up to the very top above the clouds, Yamota and Shayfeliere were approaching the floating island known as the Lookout. Landing on the smooth white cement ground, Yamota begins to call on the guardian of the Earth.
Yamota: Hello?... Is anyone home?
Shay: Who are we going to find?
Yamota: The Lookout has a guardian that watches over Earth, and is the one who created the Dragon Balls.
Shay: You know... I still have yet to see a Dragon Ball.
Yamota: Same. I've only heard about it through rumors and stories. But they are real, since it's evident from the last mission I was in. The very same where I saved you.
Shay: *giggles* How sweet of you.
Footsteps were now being heard as the guardian of earth came around, approaching the two. He was a Namekian and was becoming very old.

Dende
Dende: I see that you've made your way up on top of the Lookout. Though I can only guess that it was only a matter of time... I am Dende, the Guardian of the Lookout. I've been watching over this world for as long as I can count.
Yamota: I'm Yamota. I'm a Saiyan born here on Earth, and I'm a rookie Time Patrol. This is Shayfeliere, Wyvern Dragon Succubus.
Shay: It's very nice to meet you.
Dende: *smiles* I'm surprised to see that the Saiyans are still thriving even in the modern era. Alot of your races time has come and gone. Like Goku and Vegeta. Two Saiyans who fought side by side together.
Yamota: Hm... I can see why. When we first met, they do look like they were the most legendary fighters.
Shay: But... didn't they try to kill each other?
Yamota: The mission I found you in, Shay, was the one were Goku and Vegeta first met. Safe to say, it didn't turn into a friendly match... *turns to Dende* But, that aside, we've been actually been asking to tell you about something.
