The exact moment they arrived home, Ashley wasted no time and quickly dragged her sister Rachel into her room. She was in desperate need of wanting to know what had happened today. As soon as Rachel got into her room after being pushed around by Ashley, she took a few minutes to just lay on her bed, staring at the ceiling. "You alright?" Ashley asked, not even trying to hide the worry in her voice. "Yeah, I'm alright. Everything went smoothly and in simple terms, let's just say that everything was just a very long, deliberate and cruel miscommunication caused by a third party" Rachel explained in one breath. Ashley quickly took a sit next to Rachel on the bed. "Excuse me, but what?" Ashely asked, disbelief being the only word to describe her current expression. Rachel lets out a long sigh. "Just give me a second, I'll tell you everything as I said but I need to recharge first" Rachel said, rolling on her bed and reaching for a pillow to hug.

After about 3 minutes of Rachel just rolling on bed and Ashley sitting there staring at her, Rachel finally took in a deep breath before also deciding to sit up and told Ashley everything, Through the entirety of the story, Rachel could see the change in Ashley's expressions. It was almost comical. One second she looked sad, then her jaw was on the floor before she her eyes started to lit up on fire with anger before finally making a look of pure exasperation. Upon finishing telling Ashley everything, her face looked so defeated and she was messaging her temple. "So that's the story" Rachel ended her story telling session. "That's a lot to take in, damn it, I feel like I'm having a headache" Ashley sighed, messaging her eyebrows instead this time. "I guess it's my time to ask you now, are you ok?" Rachel teased. Ashley lets out a heavy sigh. "I understand perfectly now why you needed to recharge just now". Ashley replied. Rachel could only let out a gentle laugh at her sister.

"Ok so let me get this straight, you and Arthur are planning to meet each other again next week after he faces his father? His father that destroyed everything? Yeah, I actually support Arthur in this one he should really face his father after everything. In fact, I might even lend him a helping hand if he needs it" Ashley asked and volunteered after calming down for a few minutes. "Well he didn't necessarily destroyed relationship. I'd just like to think of it as a new chance for Arthur to begin a new chapter of his life with his fated partner, but yes that is the plan". Rachel protested. "Alright, not a relationship destroyer but a life ruiner?" Ashely tried to correct herself. "Precisely" Rachel agreed. Ashley could only let out a heavy sigh. This is truly a very complicated situation that Ashley didn't saw coming. Guess there's still a lot of waiting to be done until both Rachel and Arthur can see how everything turns out. Miscommunication is truly the worst, especially since it wasn't even them doing the talking.

However, Ashley is quite glad that she doesn't need to go and hunt Arthur down to give him a kick to the stomach and a punch to the face. Especially since she now knows that Arthur also had went through the same pain and suffering as Rachel had. It's just that he endured all those painful emotions years ago, back when he was still simultaneously going through the challenges of university life. Ashley couldn't help but feel sympathy for him. But also, she's just as glad that Arthur is now doing good. He had found someone that had helped him through the roughest time of his life, a person who loved him despite all his flaws, a person who was willing to pick up the broken pieces of him and put him back together all in the name of true love. His soon to be wife really deserves to live a happy marriage with him. And Ashley hopes that one day Rachel will meet someone who would do the same for her, someone who is destined to be with her until the end. Because Rachel also deserves a happily ever after, even if right now it seems quite far away.

Ashley lets out an amused huff at herself, can't believe she got lost in her own train of thought a while there. She tilted her head a bit in search of Rachel and the moment she sees her, Ashley gave her sister a thin smile before getting off the bed. "Alright then, I guess I'll leave both you and Arthur to it! When Arthur gives you the update next week, you better tell me how it went too!" Ashley stated. "Yes, don't worry about it. You're my sister of course I'll also keep you informed. "Good! And if anything bad happens, you should bother and creep Arthur's dad a bit." Ashley suggested. "That's a wonderful idea! It's been a while since I've been a little menace to society" Rachel agreed. "Ray, I think between you and me, I'm more of a menace to society" Ashley wanted to argue. "I know, that's why I said I'm a little menace to society, you're the big menace to society to the point I think you should be considered a threat" Rachel responded. "Touché" was the only reply from Ashley before she left Rachel's room.
