I woke up late the next day. Don't know why. I just did. I ate breakfast so fast that my mom was shocked. She asked if I was okay, I was. I just might have gotten a bit too excited to see you today. I left home around 7:15 and ran my way to school. Usually I would just take a relaxed, slow walk to school and enjoy the morning breeze and see the sun beginning to shine. But nope, today I'm running so fast I almost gave Olympic athletes a run for their money. I didn't have time to breath in the fresh morning air. I was gasping for air the moment I arrived at school. I stood at the school gate for a second before taking a deep breath and walked into school. I didn't stop anywhere.Just went straight to my class.

You and I were not in the same class. I took literature classes while you took pure science. A very weird class for a gang leader to be in if you ask me. Especially with the fact that you never skip class. Man, you're still such a nerd. Cute. The moment the bell rang, everyone ran like they haven't eaten for a month. Everyone started pushing each other in order to be early at the school cafeteria. I just sat in class, waiting for the huge crowd of students to disappear from the cafeteria. As I was just staring outside, I heard a lot of other students in my class talking. They were all also waiting for the cafeteria to be less crowded. I didn't care much but as I heard your name, I immediately looked at them. I usually don't bother myself to hear these school gossips but since we just met yesterday, and there's a gossip about you today...then why not? I tried my best to hear what they were saying "Wait, he what?!" a girl asked in disbelief. "He quitted being a gang leader" her friend explained. "Then what about the gang?" the girl proceeds to ask, intrigued. "The gang broke up and they all decided to just stop doing 'gang things'. Or at least that's what I heard." The other girl said.

"What? So, that's it?? This whole school gang is now over?? What are they going to be now? nerds?" The girl joked in which her friend only scolded her and told her that it was none of their business, in which I agree. But seriously, what? You quit being a gang leader? That quick? I mean, I'm not complaining but okay, I guess. Pretty happy that you're not a gang leader now and I won't have to see you beat up people anymore. "Hey, have you also heard? He removed the dye from his hear?" Another friend group started to gossip. "Oh no way, so it's back to his natural hair colour again?" "Yup." "What is his natural hair colour?" "Black." "Black?? I bet he looked better when his hair was dyed blond." I heard them say. Personally, I wouldn't say so. But then again, everyone has their own preferences so maybe to her, she likes blonde hair better. Nonetheless, your hair is black again? Wow, you sure did a lot of change in a day. I'm both impressed and happy of you. At least you are being yourself again. After hearing such stories from my classmates, I really wanted to see you, so I looked at the school cafeteria to see that it was almost empty. I stood up and went there. I kind of hoped that I could see you there but, nope. Didn't see you even after recess. I sighed quietly.

Really wanted to see you with black hair again. Missed that look on you. I shook my head in order to stop thinking about you. I mean, we are going to meet after school anyway so why need to rush?? I went to my next class and I have to admit, there were so many controversies surrounding you. Didn't like the feeling of listening people talk bad about you at all. If I was braver or maybe a bit stronger mentally, I would've said something already. But guess not. Sorry. School has finally ended and with the sound of the bell, the sound of students shouting could also be heard. Many boys were running to get out of school while most of the girls were just talking to each other at their locker.

While I, on the other hand was waiting for a certain someone at the school library. The library was big but never really filled with people. Yeah there are a few people reading and borrowing books, some even studying. However, the library is also a hot place for students to sleep after school and some even have their dates here. Hope I don't look like one of those people, don't want to cause any new controversies. I look around and hoped to see you but 30 minutes passed and you still weren't here. I decided to read a book while waiting for you.
