Love Your Imperfect [Completed]

Chapter 2 - First Meeting

Sam open her eyes, but her head hurt so much and her throat is dry like a desert, she couldn't remember why she is in this condition. She looked around and realized she is not in her house but at her mother's mansion.

She keeps laying there for while and try to get comfort on her childhood bed. Her mother keep her room like before when she was teenage. She missed her youth age when she was full of energy and doesn't care for anything. She feels so tired, her eyes want to closed but slowly she try to open. Her room is grey in color, her favorite. Even she has her own house, she missed the room where she grow up.

She think how time flies, remember everything about previous day, and tears start to fall. After break up with her girlfriend, she remembered going to Tee's bar and drinking with her gang but couldn't remember reaching in the mansion.
She try to remember but not a single memory come in her mind, she keep thinking.

After a while she heard her mother footsteps at door so she close her eye and pretend to sleep. She can feel her mother come closer to her, sit next to her and cares her head gently for while and kiss her forehead and wishper "Bunny, I love you". Then her mother left the room , she opened her eye and feel bad for what she said to her mother the day before yesterday.

After a while she get off the bed and went to kitchen and drink a glass of cold water. Sam doesn't saw her mother who is sitting there, Mrs Anantrakutal check her daughter
"Bunny, do you have headaches, do you wants pills for that".
"No, mom thats not necessary" Sam reply while sitting opposite to her mother and she continues "I could not remember how I reach here" she couldn't looked at her mother eyes.
Achun smile at her daughter uneasiness
"I think you are wasted last night, Tee brings you here because she think that you need to be taken care of".
Sam just sitting there and dont want to say anything so Achun continues
"What happened Bunny, I know something is not right. Feel free to share with me, I am still your mother, even we had small fight here and there".
By hearing that Sam couldn't contain her feeling , her tear start to fall. Mother stood from her place and hug her only child
"Shhhhhh ... let it out my baby, let it out ,,, mom is here" Sam start to cry louder but her mom try to console her.

After like eternity, she stopped crying and her mother hold her hand and sit next to her and open her mouth
"What happened Bunny?" Sam hesitate first but her mom give all courage and waiting patiently to open up, she took a deep breath and said with weak smile
"Mom she cheat on me, I love her very much".
Mrs Anantrakutal does not flinch even a little as if she know this will happen sooner or later "Its Ok bunny, life is not fair sometimes, it doesn't turn out as what we want, you will get through it . If she cheat on you, thats her loss. Bunny, look at me".
Sam look at her mother with teary-eyed, Achun cares her daughter face and said
" Mom is right here with you, don't feel discouraged ok, and don't affect your life with thought of someone, who doesn't care about you ".
Sam wiped her tear and hug her mother tightly
"Thank you mom, don't you hate me for our last talk".
"Why would I?? , you are my only daughter , we fight sometimes, dont worry about that, I love you bunny"
"Thank you mom, love you too"
"Be strong, Bunny"

Daughter and mother are having dinner in silence, so mother break the silence
"Bunny , you can stay here if you want" . "Umm I was thinking the same mom, I will stay here for a while, I really miss my room" . Achun smile at her daughter. After dinner they are sitting in front of tv but none give attention on tv, Sam asked out of nowhere
"Mom, you asked me to meet someone before, Is she still available ?" her mother smile widely after hearing Sam's words.
"Yes bunny, she is, and why you asked?"
"I think I should meet her".
"Are you serious bunny??".
"Yes mom, I should have listened you before, there is no harm in meeting someone ".

Sam is taking a table next to window of a restaurant. Her mother set a date for her and the girl so she is waiting for a girl name 'Kornkamon'.
She want to meet the girl as her mother always talk about her, so she want to know what deal here. She looked at her watch but still have 5 more minutes. She look through the window and examining the people , it seems like everyone is busy with theirs life and look unhappy.
As she occupied her mind, she doesn't notice a girl infront of her. "Khun Sam " hearing her name Sam looked up to the girl and blink , the girl continued
"Khun Sam , its me Konkamon ,the one you are meeting today" Sam asked the girl to sit
"Hi Konkamon, sorry I was zoning out" .
"Its ok Khun Sam, and you can call me Mon. Nice to meet you."
Sam looked at the girl, Mon seems too young, not gonna lie she is beautiful and have mixed features doesn't looked pure Thai.
"Nice to meet you too Mon".
They sit there silently, no one wants to talk first, but as an older one Sam initiate
"What would you like to have Mon?" Mon looked shy and she didn't make eye contact with Sam and said
"Anything can do Khun Sam".

Sam observed Mon behavior and think Mon is shy person. Sam doesn't like someone who couldn't speak their mind, she has a thought that shy people are timid, they doesn't want to voice their thought , so she continues
"Anything, can you be more specific? ".
"Coffee will be ok".
Sam call the waitress and order two coffee and she order two chocolate cake. After an awkward moment Sam want to know something
"How do you know my mother?".
"She is my boss, I am her secretary".
Sam thought why on the earth her mother want her baby secretary to get married with her daughter.
"Mon, you look too young, don't you have boyfriend or girlfriend, why you accepted my mother's proposal even you dont know me. Dont take me wrong, I just want to know whats your deal here." Sam is forward person just say what she thought and sometimes she act like a child.

Mon didn't reply immediately, she put her hand on her nape and look towards the window , took a deep breath .
At that time the waitress came with their order. Sam put one coffee and a chocolate cake infront of Mon. Mon looked at Sam and replied her questions
"Khun Sam, I... may be younger than you but, I am not a teenage. For the record I never had a lover before because I don't have time for that".
Sam listen carefully, after a long pause Mon continued
"Khun Sam you don't know me but I know you , we had met when we were kids".
"What, when and where???" Sam want to know more, it seems interesting
"You might forget, but you save me from bully and stood for me when I was kid, Khun Sam"
Sam couldn't remember what Mon is saying. So Mon take the que and said
"Khun Sam that was long time ago" .

After, some talk they wrapped up and ready to go their path. They exchanged their number , Sam was about to go for her car but turn back and asked
"How will you go home, Mon "
"I will take the bus , Khun Sam "
"Um ... I can take you home"
"Its ok Khun Sam"
"Don't worry !! come, I will take you home"
"Thank you".

After, she took Mon home and return to the mansion. When Sam enters, her mother was on the couch with a book on her hand. While seeing Sam, her mother asked
"How was the date?? , Bunny"
"Mom, I cant marry her" Sam sit next to her mother.
"Why ?? what happened Bunny, dont you like her"
"Its not about that, people will say I am a pedophile , she is just a kid, Mom"
"Bunny -- " Achun laughed and couldn't believe what her daughter said.
"Bunny, she is not a kid, she is 22"
"But mom, I am 27"
"So what, she like you, and she had crush on you for long time"
"What? How do you know that?? "
"I know her, bunny thats why I told you to meet her, she is a good girl, an honest one"
"Mom, I dont know what is honest anymore "
"I know you lost trust, but I promise you that she is different from the rest, thats why I want her for you"
Sam try to understand her mother words, atleast she want to try. There is no lost in trying, at the same time this will make her mother happy. Atleast she could do this for her mother.
"Mom, but in one condition "
"What are you talking about??"
"I will marry her but in one condition "
"What?"
"If we are not meant for each other, I want divorce"
Mrs Anantrakutal try to study her daughter thought, she know that her daughter is devastated and scared for relationship. So she take her daughter hand and hold it tightly
"Ok bunny, I want you to be with her atleast one year. After that time if you dont want to be with her, you can file for divorce , but not before 1 years ok."

Sam nod her head . Mrs Anantrakutal is happy and she know in her heart that her daughter will fall for Mon one day.
