Chapter 4 - The wives

          

Mrs Anantrakutal want to give an apartment for newly wed couple but Sam insisted that her house is big enough for both of them.
So they had renovated a little. After reception, the couple came to their house . Sam park her car at garage and she lead the way to her house, Mon follow her.
Sam give a tour of their house. Mon never lived in a big house like this before, everything is huge to her eye.

Every items in the house look quite expensive. Every shade of wall are in grey or black color, Dark color is not Mon's color but the house look classy in dark shade. After settle down, they are on Sam's king size bed, both are tired after long and hectic day.

Before marriage the couple agreed an arrangement that they will give some space to each other and let know each other more before taking further intimate steps as a couple.

First few day as a couple, they go for groceries shopping together and went out for dinner . Achun give two week paid leave for her daughter-in-law and she asked Sam to take Mon for honeymoon to foreign country but Sam declined saying that they will go later and she doesn’t want to force her daughter.

Mon did everything at the house, cooking , cleaning. Sam want to kept helper but Mon doesn't want it so she did all the work, and its not new to her. She kept doing all these things for her life.
And on other hand , Sam doesn't know how to cook and do other households chores. Mon understands the situation of her wife and doesn't bother about it.

Sometimes Sam went out in evening and came drunk home and she apologized at morning to her wife.
Days goes by. As daily routine, Mon woke up in the morning, make breakfast and for her wife she kept in fridge and get ready for work. Sam used to lunch outside and Mon at her workplace. For dinner, sometime they bought or Mon cooked it.

They had regular meetings with their parents and with their friends. Mon come along with Sam's gang and they love her so much.
Sometimes, Mon try to initiate the closeness like touching her wife hand, or holding hand in public but Sam avoid it . So Mon know her limit and leave the thought about it. Sam doesn't hate her wife, but she is not ready to give her heart to another person yet, she is not ready of another heart break.  In their relationship Mon is more mature in so many way. Sam know the whole situation that she is acting like a child, but its in her blood what can she do.
But deep down in her heart, she like Mon not only because of her cute face but as a person.

Its 9 o'clock at night, Mon is sitting on the couch and reading a book and waiting for her wife. Sam came home and sit next to her wife and close her eye.
First, Mon doesn't care about her wife presence, she keep continued reading. Why she doesn't care its because last time she asked where Sam went, it doesn't go well, so she avoid asking about it.

After a while, Mon heard whines that comes from Sam so she look at her wife.

Freen face is red and is full of sweat, so she keep her book down and check her wife "Khun Sam" no response,  so she shake her wife a little "Khun Sam" she touch her wife forehead,  its very hot "Khun Sam wake up, you are heating up, lets go to bed".

Sam goan at that and try to open her eyes but feel so heavy. With the help of Mon, Sam reach bedroom and lies down on bed and she drifted to sleep.
Mon doesn't know what to do first but she try to calm down first herself and try to help her wife.
She took medicine cabinet and put cold patch on Sam's forehead and remove Sam's shirt and pants murmuring 'I am sorry'.
She try to cool down the body temperature by wiping using a wet towel, after a while temperature goes down.
Sam is only on her bra and boxer, so Mon put bed sheets above her.

Its 10 o'clock already, Mon want to give fever pills to Sam but she doesn’t know whether her wife had already eat food or not so, she wake up her wife "Khun Sam, Khun Sam.. please wake up,,  you need to take the pill" Sam open her eye slowly.
Mon asked "Did you had dinner?" Sam  nod, Mon put the pill on her hand, Sam rise her body slightly in sitting position and put the pill in her mouth and Mon handed a bottle of water. 
After taking the pill, Sam looked at herself and she is on her undies only, she looked at Mon and try to remember when did she remove her clothes, Mon know what her wife is thinking so she said "Khun Sam sorry about it, you were heating up so I took off your clothes".
Sam didn’t say anything and laid down then close her eyes. 
Mon check her wife occasionally, the fever doesn't come back, its late so she is ready for bed and lies on her side of bed and close her eyes.
Its around 1 o'clock in the morning, Sam is shivering and whining, Mon wake up from the sound and check her wife.
Sam is so cold, so she put blanket on her but still shivering, Mon took off her night gown having only undies, she doesn’t have bra so she put a thin tank top and move towards her wife and hold her body, she wants to give her body heat.
Sam responds by hugging back , so they hug each other tightly under the blanket. 
After a while , Sam body temperature returned to normal and they both slept while hugging each other.

Sam open her eye, her head is hurting, so she close it again. Her arm wrapped a body she thought 'A human body'.
So, she open her eye and saw her wife's angelic face next to her chest. Mon hand wrapped around her waist, legs entangled, this is the most intimacy they ever had.
She realized both are wearing less clothes, her lip automatically curl up.
Her memory of last night come one by one, how her wife take care of her.
Sometimes she want to know more about her wife and at the same time she try to avoid, without thinking she kiss her wife forehead and it feels so good.
They act like couple in front of their in laws but at home Sam try to avoid the closeness with her wife. 
And sometimes she want to punch herself hard for that, but her wife is so understanding and she is thankful for that.

Mon start to move,  immediately she close her eyes and pretend to sleep. She know every movement of her wife.
Mon untangle herself from Sam and check Sam forehead for fever and kiss her head and wishper "sleep well my wifey" and put the bed sheets above her wife and she go towards  bathroom.
Sam open her eyes immediately and try to process Mon word, she feels butterfly in her stomach, her wife called her 'wifey' yes she is her wife but hearing from Mon mouth feels something. She couldn't sleep anymore,  just stay laying on the bed.
Mon came out from bathroom.  So she close her eye again and pretend to sleep.  She heard every activity her wife is doing and now she is on phone "Mom, can I come little late , Khun Sam is having fever from last night" Sam couldn't listen the other side Mon just nod and answer "Thank you mom" and put the phone down.

After that Mon left the bedroom, Sam brain is not working properly and only things on her mind is her wife. Mon is quite younger than her but she is so understanding.

After a while Mon came to the room and saw Sam looking through her phone.
"Khun Sam, you awake, are you feeling much better"
Mon came towards the bed and put the tray on the table next to bed. Sam smile a little and nod.
"Ok, I bring porridge and herbel tea for you, you should eat to gain your strength "
"I don't like it"
"What?"
"Porridge, I don't like it"
"You had fever last night, you should eat it"
"I don't want it"
"If you don't want, don't eat it yourself,  I will fed you, ok"
Sam couldn't process the words, she just blink twice, Mon come closer and take the porridge and a spoon and ready to fed her wife.
"Open your mouth, Khun Sam... sayy ahhaah"
Sam smile at Mon's behavior but she opened her mouth. Mon fed her, she is not gonna lie, and she think the porridge is more tastier than she thought. After having tea she took the pill and take rest.
Mon didn't go to work, they stay together the whole day and Sam feels happy and peace at same time.

The couple is having dinner, they are talking about the days.
Lately, Sam start to love Mon's company, she came to know that Mon is indeed different from other girl she knew, Mon is caring, hardworking and sincere girl.
"Mon, why don't you go for driving class, there is extra car in garage, you can bring to work" Sam said as Mon goes to work in taxi,  sometimes she drive but she can't do everyday.
"Khun Sam, thank you for your concern. I will learn for sure, but not now"
"Ok"
"Khun  Sam, next Sunday one of my cousin is going to get married, can you join me, my aunt asked me to bring you" Mon said,
Sam doesn't want to go because she hate  functions where all relatives are present,  everyone will asked so many questions.
So she is looking for an excuse
"umm ,, I.. I am sorry Mon, I already made a plan with Tee on that day. I promised her that I will be there"
"Its ok"
"Sorry Mon"
"No problem ".
Deep down Mon know that her wife is lying. But she doesn’t want to force her wife, she let it go off the thought of going together.
