Chapter 16 - The birthday

Sam sit for while, then she doesn't want to waste what Mon did for her. She bring the cake and put it in the car and drive to hospital.
She put the bag on her shoulder and bring the cakes inside hospital after informing the hospital authority.
Its already afternoon, when she enter the room, her mother and N'Ken also present there, they greeted each other.

Sam put both the cake and the bag on the table. Illa run towards her, she picked her up and kiss her daughter. She went towards the bed, she put Illa on bed and looked toward Mon "Your cake has delivered, I bring it here, its so beautiful, thank you"
"I want to surprise you, but it didn't go properly, sorry" Mon answered
"Mon I am so--"
"Please Stop, We will talk later about that, Today is your birthday, I want you to be happy not in bad mood or something "
"Umm you are right we will talk later,"
Mon nod.

After a while, Mon's phone rang, Sam gave it to her wife. After hang up the phone, Mon called Sam "Khun Sam" Sam come towards her
"Yeaah"
"That was Yuki, she is at reception with P'Jim, P'Kade and P'Tee, they couldn't come in, the hospital authority don't allowed lots of visitor at a time"
"Ok, I will go and talk to authority"
"Ok" Sam left

When Sam reached reception, she saw Yuki and her friends holding flowers and get well soon balloons, she smile.
Sam had a talk with hospital authority that they want to celebrate birthday with the patient and it will take only 30 min, after that everyone will leave. They accepted as it was the request come from VIP client.

As they reached Mon room,
Yuki run toward her best friend and hug her tightly and looked her from head to toes and asked "Where did you hurt, in head?"
"Nothing serious, just some wound "
"OH Thank God"
Illa run towards Yuki and asked to hold her "Ant Yukk, up up up" Yuki pick up her niece and sower kisses, Illa giggle. The Illa just jump to her other aunts, asking to picked her up.

Sam's gang give Mon flower and get well soon balloons. Mon thank them. Mon suggested that everyone is present so, its time to cut the cake.
They bring the table near to Mon bed, and put the cake on table, everyone said 'wow' Illa too, everyone laught at that.

Sam blows the candle and cut the cake, Everyone is wishing her, her gang even sing Happy birthday song, Sam just role her eye.

First, she fed the cake to her wife and Mon also feed her. Everyone is having good time, they give the cupcakes and cake to the doctor and nurses.

Older women are having their chat , Ken and Aon went out with Illa to buy ice-cream.

The couple is with their friends and chatting, their friends revealed to Sam about the surprise party that her wife organised.
"Our stupid friend become older day by day, and look at Mon, she became more beautiful day by day" Jim said everyone laugh, Sam role her eye
"Yeah, older, uglier and meaner" Tee said with smirk , they laughed more
"Ok ok... so Sam, just take care of your wife, if you don't, anyone will be ready" Kade said
"Yes don't worry I will" Sam said with smile
"Mon, get well soon, if you need anything, just call me ok" Yuki said, Mon smile at her best friend.
Yuki is about to leave after saying goodbye to everyone
"How will you go home" Tee asked Yuki
"I will take a taxi, P'Tee"
"If you don't mind, I can give you lift"
Sam role her eye at her friend.
Their friends left after saying get well soon to Mon.
Sam mother left too.

When Sam is not present near Mon, Pohn asked her daughter to come to their house for some time. Pohn know something is going on in between the couple, Mon said she will think about it and will call her in morning. Everyone left, only family of three is in the room.

Illa already slept, Mon is laying on her back, Sam is sitting on the bed and looked at her daughter, then to her wife, Sam eyes meet Mon's.
"Mon, baby"
"Yes" Mon
"Can we talk?"
"Ok"
Sam stood up from bed and goes to Mon side, sit next to her, she hold Mon's hand, she took a deep breath
"Baby forgive me, I am so sorry, can you forgive me, I know what I did to you was unforgivable"
Mon didn't say anything, just listen to what her wife is saying , Sam continues
"I am really sorry, yes I have lots of issue lately, but I promised I will make it upto you"
"Ok, I forgave you, and sorry about the slap that day" Sam think why Mon forgive her that easily.
"Baby, I deserve that" Sam said
"Can I asked you something?"
"Yes anything "
"I will stay at my parent house for a while"
"Baby" Sam looked at Mon's eye
"Its for better cause" Mon said
"What about Illa?" Sam asked
"She will stay with me"
"Baby, how could I live without you two"
"Khun Sam, Its just temporary"
"Ok, If it is for good, I am OK with it, but let me call you at night, I want to say goodnight to Illa" Mon expect Sam's trantum but Sam is cool about it. She thought why Sam is so cool.
