Chapter 9 - Father figure

The couple reach Mon's room and Sam locked the door after she is inside the room put her bag on the floor. The room is not big but comfy, it fill with color pink.

In the middle of room, a single bed is there with pink bedsheet, a small bathroom is attached to the room. Sam look around and Mon is standing in middle of the room.

No one want to break the ice. Mon was thinking what to do and how will they sleep. Mon turn, didn't make eye contact with her wife and said "Khun Sam you can take the bed, I will sleep on the floor".
"Mon, baby can we talk" Sam move closer. Her hand try to reach for Mon, but Mon already move towards bed, and sit on the side. Sam hesitate first but she move towards Mon , sit next to her.
Sam took a long and deep breath
"Baby, I am sorry" Mon didn't say anything.
"Mon scold me, tell me what to do but not silent treatment, your silence is killing me". Mon still didn't reply
"I know what I did was not right, you have every right to be angry. Baby, when it come to you, I got easily jealous, my heart know you won't do anything wrong, but sometimes I can't control my thought"
"You should not doubt me in first place,  why can't you trust me" Mon answered
"I trust you with all my heart"
"Then, what is this"
"I am sorry, please forgive me"
"Khun Sam, lets take rest, I am tired" Mon stand up from bed.

Suddenly, infront of her, Sam is on her knees, and she hug Mon legs and start crying in-between she said "I am sorry baby" Mon immediately pull up her wife and make her sit on the bed. Mon wiped the tear from her wife eyes
"What was that?" Mon asked
Sam close her eyes
"I am sorry" Sam pull her hand together and beg to her wife and continue
"Baby, I know I act like a child, Please forgive me, I can't loose you"
"Why you always doubt me, this is first time, we had fight"
"I don't doubt you, I just feel jealous, I am sorry" still crying
Mon wipe her wife tears "Its ok, I forgave but next time you may be not lucky"
"Ummhmm, really, did you really forgive me" Sam smile and asked
"Yes, I forgive you, but we need lots to talk"
"Yes, yes, I will listen to you and do anything you want"
"Promised me"
"I promised you my wife, I will do anything you want me to do"
"Ok keep that in your mind"
"Yes, I will"
"Ok, lets sleep, its late. Did you bring your clothes "
"Yes I bring"
"Oh you came ready, did you plan to stay over" Mon tease her wife.

Sam face becomes red, so Mon asked her  to go to bathroom to change and come to bed. At meantime Mon change her clothes there. When Sam come out of bathroom,  Mon is already on bed.
Sam went to bed and hug her wife, they kiss passionately, they do their tounge dance. Sam hand is stroking Mon's  breast and try to remove Mon's clothes, but Mon stopped her
"What??? " Sam asked
"What ?? I can't do it in my parent house"
"We will do silently "
"What, No??"
"Yes" Sam smile
"Do you want punishment of no sex for a week" Mon asked with knitted eyebrows
"No no no, I don't want ...Lets go to sleep"
Sam spoon Mon and hold her tightly, they drifted to sleep.

Its early morning, Sam wake up alone and is unhappy about it but, this is her in-laws house so she let it go and went to bathroom,  after fresh up, she went downstairs.
Her in-laws greet her and she greet them too. Mon was helping her mother making breakfast, Sam sit next to her father-in-law. He was reading newspaper, and looked up to Sam and said
"Hey kido, did you have good sleep"
Sam nod "Yes I have pa,"
"Today is Saturday, So no work right"
"Yes Pa, do you have any plan"
"No, but we can make one"
"What plan, ??"
"Ummm , we can go for outing"
"Yes, Pa I love too, so shall we go Benjasiri park, there is full of natural scenic, only 30 min drive there"
Aon eye sparkle with happy "ok lets go"
They had breakfast together and get ready, Ken is so happy about it.

They get ready by 10 am and headed out. Sam is driving, Mon is in passanger sit. In-laws and Ken at back seat.
After 30 min of drive, they reached the park. The site is so beautiful,  after sightseeing, they had light lunch, Sam treat lots of delicious food. After, they are under a big tree, they put a mat there, enjoyed the calmness of the park.

Out of nowhere, a puppy came towards them, Ken and Mon are busy playing with it. Pohn is taking nap.
Sam is smiling at sibling who are busy playing with puppy. Aon come from his walk and sit next to Sam. They had little chit chat. A while after , the chat become dense
"Thank you kido"
"Pa, no need to thanks, I am happy to be here"
"I thank you for taking care of my little girl"
"Oh for that I promise you, i will take care of her till my last breath "
"I know you will.. she had hard childhood, did you know that her biological father is British" Sam nod so Aon continue
"He had another family, they don't accept Pohn and her daughter, so Pohn came back to Thailand, they used to live in small room for time being, I met them when Mon is 2 year old"
Sam don't know much about it, Mon is not so comfortable about talking about his biological father so Sam doesn't force her.
"I married Pohn and we had little family, I work at construction site for night shift and she work at your grandparents house as cook for day shift so we could look after our daughter alternately".
Sam knew about Pohn when she was child
"When my little princess starts going to school,  her school mate bully her, as she look different from them but mostly because she don't have fancy things, we complain the school authorities but they didn't take much action as we come from poor family." Aon said.
Sam looked at Aon , he smile weakly and then continued "When she was 8, I went to a fair with her, my little girl want a doll house, I want to buy for her but I didn’t have enough money that day, even she is little she sense it and she said she doesn't want it and asked to buy cheap item, when I reach home, that day I cry alot.
Even she is a little kid, she was so understanding" Sam eyes becomes teary by hearing that
"Even she is very young, she got matured,  she never asked for expensive things, She is a very responsible daughter, sometimes I hate myself for not able to help her, she used to be timid and doesn't fight back when other kids start bullying her, but she change after meeting you"
Sam couldn't believe her ear so she asked "What is it about Pa?"
"Didn’t you know that you two meet when you were young"
"Yeah, she said that but I couldn’t remember it properly "
"She was 10 at that time, When Pohn go for work, I look after her. That day was a holiday, I remembered and my boss want me to come for day shift, if I don't go I will loss my job, so I have to go for work . And Pohn too she have to go for work at your grandparent palace, so we don't have other option , Pohn bring Mon at her work"

Sam is eagerly listening to her father-in law
"That day, there was function at your grandparent place, so Pohn was busy and she let Mon play at corner, some kid start bulling because of what she wear, and she was crying , then you came to her life as her savior and rescue her from other kids".

Sam open her eye wide open and could not believe all those details "I don't remember it clearly".
"Umhmm but She remember because, it carved deep down to her heart, when she came back home she told me all the details".
Sam looked at her wife and and smile.
"I didn't do anything "
"You indeed do, kido .., she always looked up you since her childhood, she said you give her courage to stand up for herself and she show me a chocolate that you gave to her" after a long sigh he continues
"she wanted to meet you again she keep insiting her mother to bring her, so Pohn bring her at palace for second time but you already gone to boarding school.

Anyway that was her childhood story.., we are very thankful to you and your family, we work to live, I couldn’t give her anything.. but you give her everything and she seems so happy".
"Pa, your love for her is enough and I didn't give anything to her, whatever she had, she earned by herself. She deserves to be happy"
Aon smile to his daughter-in-law words.

Sam did asked before why Mon had crush on her, but Mon always try to avoid the question,  she thought her wife is shy to answered about it, so she let it go.

They both watching Mon and Ken playing with the puppy. Sam grow without a father, her mother took the role of both, she is thankful to her mother for that but deep down she miss him.
But she saw a father figure in Aon, she respect him and Aon love her as his own daughter. She is thankful to her in-laws for that.

After having good time at park, they went to shopping center, that is next to the park.
Sam bought many item for her in-laws,  at that Pohn scold her daughter-in-law. Its almost night time, before heading home Sam bring them to a fancy restaurant and treat them delicious dinner.
