I watched her every day

Food creates trust

Eventually, we arrived at obanais' house. He still had her on his shoulders since she was so small and easy to carry. We went inside and obanai placed hoshimi on the couch.*

Before obanai could say anything, she already passed out. I didn't expect hoshimi to ignore him to the point where she just pass out like that. Obanai sat down on his sofa, wondering "how I'm going to take care of you from now on..."

An hour later and she finally woke up. She was awake but seemed groggy. Obanai looked at you from the sofa and  hoshimi noticed obanai immediately."are you awake?" he asked in a soft tone. Her  eyes looked at obanai while on the sofa sofa. "Hey... Don't just stare at me like that." her red eyes were alittle unsettling ".." she bolts for the door faster then a cheetah. she was crying and shaking muttering about how she couldn't get hurt again. Her nails dig into the door frame *quiet mutters and a whole appearance of fear was obvious* obanai had grabed her by the back of her collar to stop her from running. He didn't notice how much this would scare her. 

"Hoshimi, please, calm down and listen to me. Don't struggle like this..."

her pupils were growing larger and her breathing was becoming fast. She was so scared, obanai didn't know what to do next. He didn't want to hurt you,

"all I wanted was for us to at least have a talk."

she grabs her hairpin and try's to stab obanai. Her movements fast and sure. Obanai caught her arm to get the pin away from himself.*

"Hey kid, stop it... Please..."

Her pin fell on the floor, where she dropped it once obanai stopped her arm. "Kid, listen... You need to calm down... " Hoshimis' fear was becoming more and more visible. Her pupils were getting larger and she was breathing faster. Obanai had to act quick or there'll be a problem. She quickly tries to kick obanai in the nuts but obanai once again stops her and apprehended her. She was resisting full of adrenaline. Obanai thought that she was just some kid ubuyashiki wanted him to take care of. But most definitely wasn't. She was traumatized horribly and obanai felt because she was just a child and he was an adult, yet unable to make her behave. He felt he was being incapable and hated that feeling.

Eventually her fighting slowed and obanai had a chance to speak. "Come on talk to me" he tried to sound calm but was a little annoyed. "Nuh uh! Let me go!" "Kid, please. Just..." hoshimi kept acting the way she was and it was starting to frustrate him. This was going to get us nowhere."You can't just keep doing that. You have to listen to me."obanai was losing his patience quickly. She Vite her arm again... oh boy here we go again... she got her mouth full of blood as obanai talked.

"Hoshimi! Look at me. Stop doing that! Pay attention. Make eye contact god! Whatever. Just listen! you ha-..." *hoshimi spit blood and saliva all over his face and clothes.. he was out of patience. "CALM DOWN GODDAMIT" *he knocks her out. A hard hit to the head. Not entro kill her or really hurt her. Just to knock her lights out. He sets her on the couch and puts a blanket on her. As her unconscious body was checked up on making sure she hadn't woken up and making sure she was warm. He cooked a meal.

At the time it was all he could think of. The girl looked starved, so a warm meal would have made her trust him more right? Yeah, yeah right. For some reason obanai felt he had to try to think of how she saw the world as. So... survival? Food and water would make her more trusting. After cooking he went to the extra room and but a bed and some clothes in the room. As well as a smaller blanket. She never lets go of her hairpin so she's possibly sentimental. So a small soft thing to carry around would be good.

As she slowly regained consciousness. Obanai quickly locked the front door so she wouldn't run and set the plate on the table for her.she looked cautious but obanai took a Vite to show there was nothing in it. He then went to get her water. The moment he was out of eye shot she started gobbling it down like she's never eaten a hot meal before. She started eating proper the moment obanai walked back in despite most of the plate being gone. He handed her the water and she drunk it immediately...The whole glass in a matter of seconds.
