Joy was enjoying the christmas eve with her family as they sat down the long table and ate together with laughters. Drinking with her family and giving gifts before ending the night. She slept so well that night and she was a bit tipsy from all those drinks. She was dreaming of rainbows as she held deep into slumber only to be interrupted by a ringtone.

Joy's eyes shut wide,it is not just a ringtone. It's her boss! Her boss is calling her in the middle of the night! What would she call for at this time?

Having no choice,Joy groggily reached for her phone and answered her boss.

"Ms. Kim,how may I help—book me a flight to New Zealand. Two! Yes,one for me and Lisa. It should be tommorow." Her boss' voice came excitedly as if she didn't call and ruin her secretary's sleep. Joy silently shook her head and agreed with her boss' request.

She felt weird hearing her boss' excited voice. She does sound excited,way too far from her cold hearted and bitchy boss. She even called her in the middle of the night just to ask her to book her a flight exctiedly! Geez,what is happening?!

Her boss has changed a lot for the past year and months since she met Lisa,she is no longer the tyrant CEO they knew. Love really does make things possible. She giggled at her thoughts and laid back down in hope to continue her sleep.

"I'd like you to pardon my absence for this week,my secretary will be here and will be giving me updates about the happenings here." The group of old mans who rushed to the company as soon as they found out that Jennie's leaving the country for a week,this will be the first time that Jennie will leave her company and everybody are kind of nervous about this.

"Well,I guess we can't change your mind now,CEO Kim. Please enjoy the new year with your family,and kindly say Hi to Chairman Kim for us." The Man in his 50s bowed and the other two followed before bidding goodbye to the CEO who seemed to be in a good mood.

"They seem so scared of your absence,hun,though you'll be out for only a week after the holidays." Lisa stated from the couch busy with her phone again. Probably chatting and telling her friends how excited she was and was laughing at how her friends exxageratingly cry of envy.

"This will be the first time that I'll be gone for a long time,babe. They are scared a problem might pop while I'm gone. See how great your girlfriend is in handling this company?" Jennie smiled cockily and strode to her girlfriend who scoff at her remarks.

"Fluttering yourself early in the morning I see." The latter said as she acted as if she was suddenly uninterested on the topic. Jennie slightly laugh at her girl's expression and playfully slap her arm before settling beside her.

"Have you packed your things already?" Lisa nodded and smiled at Jennie cutely.

"Someone's excited." Jennie playfully squeezes Lisa's cheeks before giving it a peck.

"And nervous!" Lisa playfully yelled as she clutched her chest her face showing fright and nervousness. Jennie frowned and giggled at the girl's antics.

"They will love you,honey. They have already told me how excited they are to meet you." Lisa's nose scrunch up as the thought of metting Jennie's parents make her heart beat madly.

"They haven't met me yet,of course they will think it will be nice to meet me." Jennie pinched that latter's nose before standing up.

"It will indeed be nice. Anyways,can you wait for me here? I'll go leave some instructions to the other teams before we leave this afternoon."

"Yeah sure." With that,Jennie walk out of her office and went directly to the elevator.

"Oh,I'm glad I am able to bump with you before you leave,CEO Kim. I wish you a happy new year with your family and LM." While waiting for the elevator,a tall woman approached the obviously happy and excited CEO that immediately caused a change in the atmosphere as Jennie frowned at the woman beside her.

"I AIN'T glad that I am able to bump with you today,Ms.Chou" The two woman stared at each other for a couple of seconds before the elevator door opened with a ding. The two of them silently went in,too silent that it feels like they will explode in a minute.

"Christmas must've been so nice for you and LM. Well,what else could be nice and happier than two people spending christmas with love and gifts,right Ms. Kim?" Jennie scoff at the woman's word and the of them kept their gaze on the metal door in front of them. Both are standing elegantly.

"Let's not fool each other here,Tzuyu. I should be warning you,but since I am nice,I am giving you a piece of advice, stay away from Lisa and Me. Whatever your father and that jerk Stephen have signed will be terminated." The two stayed calm,hiding the burning fire deep down their hearts.

"Thank you for being nice,Ms. Kim. Also,I'd like to tell you,I'll be taking what's rightfully mine." Jennie turned to Tzuyu who's now smiling widely as if they are having a nice and happy conversation.

"Goodluck to that,Chou. For I, am not letting you win easily. What's mine is mine,Chou. I don't care about you and your shits. You better back off if you don't want to face my wrath." The words they spit to each other were venomous and have made the atmosphere darker that would make any person who could've been there too faint.

Tzuyu giggled elegantly before smirking.

"Possessive,huh? I like it. Well,let's keep the game going then,Ms Kim. " The two exchange gard gazes before walking out as the elevator made a ding sound before opening.

Playing isn't in my vocabulary,Chou. But I will make sure that I will end this game with a smirk.
