•. TAROT CARDS .• ACT II CHAPTER XI (Ani)
ANICETUSSTOODON the side as he watched the scene before him.
"All, bow to her royal majesty," Stepped in Jafar's son whom Ani was quite acquainted with. Soon his sister, Lovelyn laughed, bowing she said, "Your royal, Fancyness."
"Oh, yes her royal Purpledness." Carlos joined in too, taking off his hat that he nicked from one of the band's members and the demi-god's bet was that it was Blue's boy friend.
"Silence, you annoying peasants," Mal said waving off her friends.
"As you wish my liege."
"Your crankiness," The De Vil boy said back.
He liked the vk's and he could see why his sister was close with them. Godson shook his head clapping his hands, "Alright folks, let's go and pick up some kids, yeah?"
The teenagers nodded going in the purple limo. Turning to his sister he sent her one of his famous winks, "I'll see you soon, Lovely."
HEWATCHEDAS Evie greeted her friend, who Ani guessed was Dizzy. He stood leaning on the back of the car, his eyes looking around for any possible threats. Not that there was some, or that Mal herself couldn't deal with, but Adam, the former king insisted. And Ben agreed if it meant that his friend could be the escort.
Ani's eyes someone found themselves drifting back to the blue haired girl. He shouldn't have kissed her, but he did. She's courting some guy else. But somehow he couldn't find it in him to be guilty. He was glad that he did it, and he would do it again.
As he scanned the area, formally known as Evie Grimhilde, when someone not so lightly shoved him off. He turned to see a young girl with an interesting outfit and hat, opening the door he was just leaning on and sitting down. He was about to say something to her when she snapped the door closed, leaving his mouth open, ready to scold the girl.
Jaw, now slightly closed, he turned to Ben and Mal who were chuckling, "Let me guess, that's the girl who needs the Fairy Godmother's class more than you guys did, Celia?"
Mal nodded still hand over her mouth, trying to keep herself from laughing too much, while the king didn't feel the need, openly laughing at his friend's reaction.
Opening the door again, he made the new vk move to the side, giving him space to sit down. He was full-on glaring at the poor widow who did nothing to him. Celia scoffed at the guy beside her, she didn't like him.
Soon the limo hit the road and Ani watched as Evie excitedly spoke to her younger friend about their future plans in Auradon, "So, as soon as we get to Auradon, you have to try ice cream!"
"And go swimming?"
"I could take you to the Enchanted Lake?" The girls squealed together and he found himself smiling at them. He was happy that Blue was happy.
"So... are you two a thing?" The Facilier girl made him turn to her in confusion, "Who?"
"You and Evie?" The blond's eyes shot up, quickly denying, "What no! Of course not!" His loud exclaim made the rest of the people in the car turn weirdly to him, and in response, he muttered 'sorry', before turning back to the girl on his left.
"She's not- she's not my girlfriend."
Celia looked weirdly at him, before sighing and pulling out a deck of cads, tarot cards, Ani realized.
"Name?"
He looked skeptically at the girl before replying, "Ani Godson." She raised an eyebrow, "You have any relation to Hades?"
"He's my uncle of some sorts."
"Uh uh, pick a card."
"Why do I have to pick a card?"
"Pick a card, Anicetus."
"Why- How do you know my name?!"
"Just pick a damn card, golden boy." The demi-god opened to argue, but when he looked at Evie who just spoke he decided to just give in. Pulling out a card, he placed it in the girl's palm, who now had her eyes closed.
"You are going to form a strong emotional bond with someone. Some might call it true love."
Ani rolled his eyes, knowing that she just made that up, as she saw him looking at Evie. She made the love part all up of course. He just really, really wanted to feel Blue's lips on his, "Bullshit."
The younger girl turned the card revealing ten cups, "The ten of cups. It means love." She smirked.
"It's true," Evie whispered not so loudly, but he caught it, suddenly taking Celia's words into deep consideration.
AUTHORS NOTE Kinda filter-but not really chapter, but we'll soon get Madelyn & Harry content, which I am so excited about!!!!
