Sumire let Himawari do her hair as she stared in the mirror. She was wearing a strapless, light purple dress, which showed most of her back. She had her hair down, but there was a braid going through it. She had violets on her head with a veil going down it. She wore purple gloves.

"You look beautiful," Himawari said.

Sumire blushed the more she stared in the mirror. She'd never felt so pretty before.

Outside, people crowed around and Suzuka and Sanada were arguing. Suzuki tried intervening, but that didn't work. Hanasita, with a bored look, walked over, a small Nue perched on her shoulder. She wore a beautiful, purple dress with thin straps.

"I don't like your friends," Sanada commented.

"I don't like you, too, sweetheart," Suzuka said, annoyed.

"Well, your friends aren't— Oh, never mind. You ain't got any," Hanasita said.

"Shut up!" Sanada said angrily as she huffed.

"Onee-chan, I'm tired," a little boy pulled on Hanasita's dress.

Hanasita picked the blonde boy up. "It'll start soon, Soruto," she told the five year old.

Not too far away, Sarada and the rest of the girls talked. Chocho, being the food-lover that she was, began stuffing her face.

"Chocho-chan, stop eating! You're gonna eat everything!" Sarada scolded.

"But I'm hungry!" Chocho whined.

"You're always hungry, though," Wasabi mumbled.

"And I'm tired. Suck it up," Sarada said.

"Alright, who invited these two?" Eida inquired.

"We shouldn't have invited you," Yodo said.

"Eh!? Why me!?" Eida complained.

Yodo pointed to the people around them, who were looking at Eida with hearts in their eyes. "Your ability. If this was any other's wedding, you'd entrance the groom AND bride," she said.

"I can't help it! I just won't show up to any other weddings then. Not even yours," Eida said.

"Good, because you'll entrance me and my future husband... That's if I get one. Boys are stupid and I don't see the reason to date, let alone get married," Yodo said.

"You seriously don't know!?" Eida shouted as Yodo nodded nonchalantly. Eida gasped then opened her big mouth. "Well..." She began talking about love and what it does and how it makes people feel as Yodo groaned in annoyance as she listened.

"Welp, Yodo-chan got her started. We'll be back in a bit~" Wasabi sung as she and the other left them, laughing.

No! Wait, girls!

Sarada eventually broke away from the group and went to get something to drink. She stood there, taking little sips from her cup when she felt someone stand next to her. She didn't bother turning to know who it was. She swirled the contents of her cup, sighing. "Break her heart, I rip yours," she said, side-eyeing the boy next to her.

"Eh?" Boruto turned to her, shocked at what she said.

"You heard me," Sarada said calmly. The next few minutes were in complete silence. Sarada casually drunk her drink and Boruto was still staring at her in shock. Finally, after removing the cup from her lips, she spoke, "She's almost ready."

"Okay, thanks for the update," Boruto said.

"Do you..." Sarada trailed off, fidgeting. "Regret dating me?"

Boruto looked at her in surprise. His eyes then darkened as he stared at the people chatting and laughing, most being couples with their kids. "Yeah, I guess." Sarada's breathing hitched. "But, a good thing did come out of it... Sanada." He smiled as he saw the blushing Sanada, Hanasita and her teammates teasing her.

"Go see her." Boruto returned his attention on the lady before him. "The wedding's about to start. You have to come out together, right?" Sarada said, finally putting all her attention on the man she loved.

"Yeah, I'll go." Boruto went to walk away, but stopped. He turned back to Sarada. "How do you know that? Only Hima is," he questioned, suddenly suspiciously.

"Maid of Honor, dipshit," Sarada said, slightly amused.

"Oh, you're back on speaking terms?" he questioned.

"Never stopped. Sure, she was mad for a few days, but everything went back to normal afterwards," the Hokage explained. "Now, get going! Before I bash your head in! You're pissing me off!"

"Someone's moody," Boruto commented as he walked off.

"I AM NOT MOODY!" Sarada shouted as Boruto waved.

"Yeah, yeah," he said.

Sarada blushed as she pouted. She then sighed in annoyance. She looked around and saw her friends. Eida was with Daemon, Code and Kawaki. Shinki was with Araya, Chocho ran over to them and engaged in a conversation, and Araya back away, intending to set them up. Shikadai and Yodo were talking, then Shikadai took her hand, making her blush madly. Inojin was with Konohamaru. Wasabi and Iwabe were blushing and refused to look at each other as they held hands, everyone's attention on them. Denki and Tsubaki were holding hands as they walked around. Namida and Metal walked around, admiring the scenery, also to spy on their teammates.

It was just Sarada.

Alone.

She sighed sadly. This could've been hers and Boruto's wedding. She traced her finger on the top of the plastic cup as she heard footsteps coming her way. She didn't bother looking up.

"Is everything okay, Sarada-chan?" Mitsuki calmly inquired.

"You're alone, too?" she inquired, ignoring his previous question. Mitsuki nodded and leaned against the drink table, looking at all the couples. "I'm jealous, you know..." Mitsuki turned to her. "This could've been my wedding. I've always wanted to be Hokage and get married and raise a family. Two of those came true, but the other one..."

Mitsuki closed his eyes. Then he opened them, taking Sarada's hand in his gently. "Let's go."

"Eh!?" Sarada blushed a bright red. "Where!?"

"Enjoy the wedding, of course," Mitsuki said.

Sarada looked away as a blush tainted her face. "Wouldn't that make us... you know, a couple. Most people here are, anyway," Sarada muttered, instantly regretting it.

"I don't mind going on a date with you," Mitsuki said, smiling.

Sarada blushed. "I-I-I-I!!"

Himawari smiled as she, Naruto, Hinata, and Kawaki, who finally decided to come over, stood at the door. "Well, I think it's time."

"Yes, everyone's waiting," Hinata said gently.

Sumire took Boruto's hand as she took a deep breath. This was the start of something new, a new adventure. She smiled gently. "Okay."
