Ray had an... unfortunate past. It was told he was viewed as different, and that humans were cruel to him, but they haven't told the full story. In fact, they sugarcoated it in a way. The full truth is more depressing. And it has affected Ray in a way that intervenes with his daily life from time to time, especially whenever he tries to make friends. It isn't like he doesn't want to befriend them, rather something else. Something a bit more personal. He truly is trying to fix this, but it can be difficult at times. And he is even more afraid of opening up, as he feels he will burden anyone he tells. But, really, this is just causing him even more depression.
Will he fix this? At least open up to someone?
