Y/n changed school for her last year. Today it was her first day in the new school. She wore her uniform and came downstairs to have breakfast with a poker face.

"Won't you miss your friends in last school honey??", mrs. Park asked serving her food. "I didn't had any friends, they were with me because of dad's money", she replied focusing on her food. "Oh", mrs. Park mumbled feeling awkward. "Try to make some good friends in this school, y/n", mr. Park suggested. "I don't trust anyone", she mumbled. The couple sighed and ate their breakfast. "You should learn to figure out whom to trust. Apparently you'll need friends in life. You met my friends right? They are not with me for money. Try making friends like them", Jimin spoke. She ignored him and had her food.
Later he dropped her at the school. She was about to leave but he held her wrist stopping her. "Remember what I told you. Be nice to everyone. Don't fight!! And try to make some genuine friends, hm?", he spoke. She hesitantly nodded and freed her hand before going inside.
Y/n entered her class with her homeroom teacher. "Good morning class, we have a transfer student in our last year. Be nice with her. Come on introduce yourself", Teacher gave y/n way.
"Hello everyone, I am Kang y/n. Nice to meet you", she bowed a little. She could already feel cold gaze and hear whispers of students talking among themselves.
Just then a student spoke, "Are you perhaps heiress of Elixir Essence?? As is daughter of Kang Hae-in??" Whispers grew louder. Y/n gulped feeling nervous. "De", she replied and students gasped. Suddenly the cold gaze turned into sweetest fake smiles. "You are so pretty y/n", a back bencher spoke. Y/n felt her cheeks heating up.
"Enough kids!! Y/n go and sit beside Seri", Teacher spoke. Seri raised her hand and smiled at y/n.
Y/n's pov All are snakes, gold diggers, just now they were looking at me like they will eat me alive and now these fake smiles. Seri? Why is smiling?? Another gold digger?? "Y/n, be nice to everyone. Don't fight!! And try to make some genuine friends, hm" Should I try to befriend her??
Y/n passed a short smile as she remembered Jimin's words.
"Hi, I am Min Seri", she extended her hand. "Hey", y/n shook her hand. "I saw the news about your dad. Are you okay?", for the first time y/n felt someone genuine. She nodded and took out her books. "Let's be friends", Seri asked. Y/n hesitated at first because of how her friends treated her earlier, but she still accepted her as friend, just because Jimin said.
Seri took out a bracelet from her pocket and made y/n wear that. "So now you'll be my friend, I have claimed you", seri said cutely making her cringe. "Yeah", she spoke and forced a smile. "You seem introvert", Seri mumbled while y/n shrugged.
They chatted a little bit more until teacher started teaching. Y/n was focused on the board while Seri was talking non-stop. "Shhh let me study", yn frowned. Seri pouted and focused on board as well.
Lunch break They were both sitting on one table. "What do you wanna do after highschool?", Seri asked. "Chemical engineering", y/n replied shortly. "Why not BA??", seri frowned. "Will do MBA later", y/n completed.
"What will you do?", y/n asked. "I wanna be idol, so yeah working on that. Will probably attend acting school", she spoke. "Y/n do you wanna hang out after school??", Seri asked. "Umm, I would love to but I have classes until 6", she shrugged. "Then let's visit street stalls after 6", Seri suggested. Y/n hesitated but eventually agreed.
Time skipss to 8 Pm Y/n entered the house. "Where were you y/n??? Your classes ended at 6 right??", Jimin asked strictly. "Yeah! I was hanging out with a friend", she spoke rudely and went upstairs. "Dad never asked me when I used to be late, why does he have to intrefere in everything?", she mumbled and removed her uniform.
She took a shower and came out wearing a cute bunny outfit. She was busy tieing her hairs when Jimin entered her room. "Come down for dinner", he spoke in same tone, in which y/n spoke earlier. "I don't have appetite", she said tieing her hairs which messed up again making her groan.
Jimin went up to her and combed her hairs while she let him do that. "Why don't you have appetite??", he said tieing her hairs neatly. "I ate some snacks with my friend", she replied coldly. "So you made a friend??", he smirked. "She was so clingy, I had to accept her request to be my friend", she sighed.
"Your ego is on another level", he laughed and pulled her out with him. "Eat a little", he said and she followed him sighing. "Make friends but don't mess up with studies okay?? You have to score good to get into SNU", he said serving her food. "I won't mess with my studies, I promised appa to score good in every test", she said looking down.
"Okay so y/n if you came first in recent test, than I'll take you to an amusement park", Mrs. Park said smiling. "Really???", she got excited. "Yeahh for sure and Jimin won't come. Just me and you", mrs. Park said laughing. "That would be best", y/n smiled back. Jimin frowned and smacked her head while she glared at him.
