She frowned looking at the unknown number. Y/n- "Hello?"
???- "Hey y/n, it's me, Vernon"
Y/n-x"Ohhh hiii"
Vernon- "Were you sleeping??"
Y/n- "No no, speak up"
Y/n- "Umm I wanted to ask if you would like to catch up tomorrow?? Like having a coffee together. May be a date??"
Y/n thought for a while.
Y/n- "Umm I won't be free until night, wouldn't it be awkward to have coffee at night??"
Vernon- "Let's go for dinner then?"
Y/n- "Okay sure"
Vernon- "I will text you location"
Y/n- "Umhm okay"
Vernon- "I am looking forward to this dinner"
"Me too", she smiled.
"Good night, take care" "You too", she ended the call.
Carrie came inside y/n's room. "Let's cuddle and watch a movie!! It's quite cold today", she said and got inside her blanket.
"Vernon just asked me out", y/n spoke keeping the phone on night stand.
"Wait what?? But then you are pretty, it's not easy to resist you hotty", Carrie winked.
"I don't think it's tough to resist me. I mean the guy I have always liked, wants me to stay away", Y/n sighed.
"Are you talking about Jimin??? Ohh yeah offcourse you are", Carrie mocked.
"Well, I know he must feel attracted to you as well. I think, he is just good at hiding. Nevermind, forget him!! He don't deserve you, after how he treated you these months. Focus on Vernon. He is such a hottie. And the way I saw him looking at you, damn he is head over heels for you trust me", Carrie chirped while Y/n just chukled.
"By the way, what's going on between you and Yoongi oppa?? Don't even try to lie!! I saw, how he smiles at you, when he is grumpy with most of people and you both are hanging out a lot these days", Y/n smirked.
Carrie just blushed. "It's not official yet, we are going with the flow and will see how things go, later", she blushed. "Did you both had.... um yk...??", y/n nudged her who just blushed harder.
"You remember that one night stand at bar. It was with him only", she covered her face with blanket. "Woowwwww, this baddy is blushing for a guy", y/n teased her.
"Leave me!! What did you think about Vernon??", Carrie changed the topic. "I mean he is different from the guys whom I rejected earlier. I think I should give it a try, but I won't make anything official so soon", she spoke.
"Fightingggg, I hope you start dating and then get married and then have kidss", Carrie laughed while y/n gasped.
Next evening "Nooo, it's your first date with him. Not this!! I'll choose", Carrie spoke and went inside her walk-in closet.
"Wear this", she said handing her a dress and coat with long boots.
