Y/n was quitely sitting in a cafè thinking whatever he said when she got Carrie's call. "Y/nnnnnnn", she shouted on the phone. "What happen?", y/n got confused.
"Today results came and I passed the interviewwwww, they were so impressed that now I am assistant manager in production department", Carrie squeled.
"Wait what??? Really????? Wowwww congrats bestieee", y/n forgot about her problem. "We need to celebrate today, let's go to club", Carrie spoke getting excited. "Fine let's do it, I'll come home early", y/n said and ended the call.
She sighed and got up to go back to company. She also realised that walking away won't get her anywhere, she need to go back and work to get her company back. She was in the corridor when she bumped into Jungwoo.
"Jungwoo was I wrong?", she asked sighing.
"Well Miss. Kang, you weren't wrong to protect yourself but even what Mr. Park said wasn't wrong either. He said that for your own good. Mr. Lee is our vice president and he have the power and connections to make things difficult for you in the future", he spoke.
"So what could I have done? Let him do that just because he have power?? And now that I slapped him, wouldn't he come back at me again?? How will I deal with him if not like this?", Y/n looked down.
"Mr. Park have handled him. He won't bother you anymore", Jungwoo smiled. Y/n's eyes widenned since he protected her even after hating her.
"Also Miss. Kang, Mr. Park scold us three times harshly then how he scolded you. So you shouldn't cry and look pathetic and weak infront of employees. No matter how cute you look while crying, he would just scold you more when you are working under him", he spoke suppressing his laughter.
Y/n squinted her eyes at him, "You speak a lot Jungwoo. But I won't mind you, since you seem a cute guy", she patted his shoulder and went towards his office while Jungwoo just chuckled finding her adorable.
She openned the door a little and peeked inside to see...
