"I am definitely disappointed that you did something like this, but you told the truth to uncle and aunty before coming here and they forgave you as well. I think you should forget it as well, you were just 17. Everyone makes mistake and improve themselves and you have worked on yourself", Noah said wiping her tears.
"I can't forget Noah. He must hate me. I literally blamed him for harassing me when it was me who went into his room and tried to seduce him", she held her head.
"You are overthinking baby. Even if he might hate you now, you can still make up. I remember in first year you had some attitude but we have seen you changing and you are no longer like that", carrie cupped her cheeks and y/n nodded.
"Does Joshua knew about all this??", Noah asked hesitantly. Y/n nodded and wipped her tears. "He comforted me and helped me change my attitude into better during whole time", she said picking up his frame and hugged it.
"Guys why am I so unlucky??", she asked looking at his frame. "Eomma died giving me birth, appa died on my birthday and Joshua also left me on the same day", she cried harder. "I came as such a bad luck in everyone's life. Whosoever I love, leave me. If he was still there I would have had some strength to face him", she broke down remembering her last moments with Joshua.
"When I finally met someone, with whom it felt like I can spend my whole life without caring about world, god took him away as well. He became my strength and love but.... him as well", she hugged her knees. Both of them had tears in their eyes remembering him, as they patted her back.
Next day Y/n was absent-mindedly packing her bag when Carrie entered her room. "Y/n have breakfast first, then I'll help you pack".
She nodded and went out. Three of them were sitting on the dinning table eating their food quitely. None of them saw her cry like they saw last night. She always controlled her tears with a smile and never let them come out of her eyes, so it was shocking to see y/n breaking down like that.
"Are you okay now??", Noah asked and she just gave a small nod.
"I'll leave tonight", Noah spoke holding their hands. Carrie got up and hugged him. Y/n also gave him a bear hug. "We will always be in contact", y/n said and he nodded.
"Carrie can you come with me???", y/n asked when they were both washing dishes. "W-what??", she laughed awkwardly. "Please bestiee come with me", she begged. "But h-how??", she hesitated.
"You still have to search for job right? How about you work in my company? You have qualifications as well. Your acores are good, you know Korean as well. We will both stay together in my house. Please come with me, I won't be able to survive there alone", y/n held her hand.
Carrie hesitated. "Pleasee???", she literally begged making her agree. "Really???", y/n's eyes widenned. "Yeah", Carrie spoke. "Thankyou so much", she hugged her tightly while Carrie chukled.
Time skipss Y/n got a call from mr. Park. He called her every week in order to stay updated about her, if she is okay.
Y/n- "Hello uncle" Y/n fiddled with her fingers.
Mr. Park- "How are you kiddo?" He asked calmly.
Y/n- "Just fine. How are you?? Are you taking your medicines on time??"
Mr. Park- "Yeah I am fine as well. I wanted to join you for your graduation ceremony but because of the meeting schedules I couldn't. Forgive me daughter"
Y/n- "no no it's totally fine. It was just a graduation ceremony" She sounded neutral.
Mr. Park- "So when are you coming back??"
Y/n- "I will board the flight tomorrow morning"
Mr. Park- "I'll pick you up from airport"
Y/n- "uncle my friend is also coming with me"
Mr. Park- "ohh okay no issues"
They chatted for a while and ended the call.
Time skipss Flight landed in Seoul, South Korea
Y/n and Carrie came out of the airport. Y/n was looking for her uncle but he was nowhere to be seen. Just then she spotted his car at a distance. "Let's go Carrie", she pulled her towards the car.
"Are you Miss. Y/n?", the driver asked. Y/n nodded. "Uncle didn't came??", she asked frowning. "Sir asked me to tell you to call him", driver bowed. Y/n nodded and kept her luggage in the car along with Carrie's. "Carrie you sit inside, while I talk to him", y/n said and went away.
Mr. Park- "y/n actually a meeting came up for which I had to go to Busan for 3 days along with your aunty, that's why I couldn't pick you up" Y/n- "ohh okay"
Mr. Park- "You can take your friend to our house. Everything is prepared already"
Y/n- "ummm uncle, actually we planned to stay at my house"
Mr. Park- "why? Isn't our house yours only??" Mr. Park sounded disappointed.
Y/n- "uncle, I am an adult now. I-I don't wanna be a burden anymore. You have done a lot already."
Mr. Park sighed. Mr. Park- "y/n you are not a burden. Don't think like that"
Y/n- "a-also I wanna live in the house I have spent my childhood in. It's been so long since I went back there" Mr. Park let out a tired sigh.
Mr. Park- "Y/n, I know you are doing all this to avoid meeting Jimin. You can't avoid it for long. Eventually you'll still have to see him" Y/n stayed silent.
Mr. Park- "We will talk about this once I come back. Go to my place child" Y/n- "uncle, I am not trying to be a brat b-but please try to understand. It's tough for me"
Mr. Park- "He will forgive you, I have myself seen you change through out the years. He will notice the change and will definitely forgive you" Y/n kept quite staring at the ground.
Mr. Park- "okay fine, you can get the keys of kang mansion from my house" Y/n- "thankyou uncle"
