"Why did you ask to come over?" Jake asked, folding up a few clothes he had dumped on his bed, Jay assumed that he had just finished washing and drying them. "It hasn't been long since we last seen each other," he added, turning to Jay with a look of confusion at his frustrated state. "Like...two hours ago."

Jay skipped right to the point of his arrival, his sharp eyes scanning Jake's room for something in particular, when he couldn't find it, though, he turned to Jake and raised his eyebrows. "Do you still have Heeseung's vape?"

"Woah," Jake voice, stopping midway of his shirt and dropping it back only for it to unfold and for him to fold to back up later. "Woah," he said again, then turning his body to Jay completely and crossing his arms. "Why are you asking?"

"Frustrated," Jay merely stated, as if it was enough to justify why he was asking. But truly, even with him saying why, there was no rhyme or reason. "I could use a hit."

"I don't think that's a good idea," Jake murmured to him, with a glance of Jay's rigid appearance he could assume that Jay's actions would serve to bite him back. He was speaking on complete impulse. "Yeah. Not a good idea, hyung."

Jay sighed, rubbing at his eyebrows to ease the tension inbetween them. "At the moment, I could care less," He said; there was a fire in his chest, raging hot white, a very faint pink at the tips of his ears and Jake could only surmise his frustration was because of none other than his roommate.

"Just talk about it first," Jake suggested, he patted the empty space on his bed, offering an area for Jay to sit and the older boy took the opportunity to sit down. "What happened?"

Jay pressed his hand against his face, ultimately facepalming. He said, "I feel like I'm being tormented," in a voice so gruff and kept his eyes closed. "It's like he just comes in and takes everything from me, even Sunghoon."

Jake sighed and pushed his small pile of clothes to the side so that he could focus more on the conversation at hand. He propped himself up with his palms on the comforter. "See, though I understand what Sunoo said, I'm kind of biased to side with you on this one," he said, then tilted his head to the direction of his nightstand. "First drawer. Just...don't do something you will regret in the near future."

Then Jake watched as Jay stood up from the bed and made his way to the sleek black nightstand Jake directed him to. "I know. I know."

"So how bad is it really?" Jake asked him, tilting his head back for his bangs to move from his eyes. "Not that I don't believe you, but I'm just curious on how it is to be living with him."

"Enough to make me revert to this as a way to calm down," Jay answered, holding up the stick between his fingers. "Is it charged?"

Jake nodded, "yup. Completely charged."

"You know you're going to be stuck with him for the rest of the semester, maybe even for the rest of the year, too."

Jay huffed from between his parted lips, clicking the vape on. "I'm aware. I just have to get used to it or at least put up with it until then," he spoke, bringing the mouthpiece closer to him. "When are you even going to give this thing back?"

Jake shrugged his shoulders. "When classes start back up," he said, "He gave it to me at a party, and I don't have a way to contact him so I'll have to give it back when I see him next--which will be when the semester begins."

"Don't get it confiscated," Jay warned him, pulling a slow inhale from the stick, holding no reaction to the flavor he had grown used to since the game with Jake yesterday.

"I won't." Jake revealed a faint grin that made Jay raise his eyebrows.

"So, who is Heeseung?" Jay asked, settling back down on the bed beside Jake.
