We walked up to the theatre room doors... but they were wide open, and everything inside was burned to a crisp.

"Oh my god! What happened?" Nini exclaimed.

Miss Jen walked out of the destroyed theatre.

"It's okay, nobody was hurt There was a small fire in the theater over the holiday and the sprinklers did their job." she told us.

A fire fighter walked out of the theatre.

"We're almost done in here just have to finish up in the faculty room next." she said.

Confessional thing

*Standing in the destroyed theatre.*

Miss Jen: Some circuits blew in there over the break. We fell asleep, we smelled smoke we pulled the fire alarm and Benjamin Mazzara said "Run", so I ran I will donate my entire salary to rebuild the theater. But the show must go on.

End

"Unfortunately the show cannot go on." the fire fighter said.

"What?" Miss Jen said in shock.

"Fire ripped through half of your costumes and the sprinklers ruined a bunch of your sets. I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to red tag the entire backstage area for a month at least." the firefighter continued.

"Did she just say costumes?" Kourtney gasped. I squeezed her hand.

The fire fighter went into the theatre. Miss Jen turned to us.

"Okay, okay, listen up. Hug your neighbor." Sebbie, Kourtney and I hugged.

"Take a moment and let's all reconvene in the cafeteria after school to talk about our options. Nini and Ricky, spread the word."  Miss Jen continued.

"Got it, yes, of course." Nini nodded.

Ricky was looking at his phone.

"Ricky? Ricky?" Miss Jen said. He snapped out of his phone induced trance.

"Sorry, after school in the cafeteria, got it." Ricky nodded.

~~~
We were all sitting in the cafeteria.
Miss jen stood in front of us all.
"Okay, guys!." she said "Wait, where's Gina?"
"I think she's going through a family thing right now." I said vaguely.
"Okay, prayers to our Gina." Miss Jen said "I'm really not sure what to say You've all worked so hard I've seen all of you grow so much. But if we don't have a theater we don't have a show."
We all started talking and objecting at once.
"Come on, Miss Jen we've got to do something." Carlos pleaded.
"I think we... I don't know, I guess we could consider other venues?" Miss Jen sighed.
"What about the old Kingston downtown?" Ashlyn suggested.
"It's condemned." Miss Jen informed her.
"The Lucky Ducky Puppet Pavilion?" EJ suggested.
"It's a massive Starbucks now." Miss Jen sighed.
I thought of something.
"How about the El Rey theatre?" I offered.
People started chatting and agreeing with me
"Any other ideas?" Miss Jen asked.
"Miss Jen, I feel like you just had a really weird reaction to what I just said." I said in confusion.
"Sorry, what did you say?" she asked, seeming dazed.
"Carmen is asking if we can try and use the El Rey Theater." Nini told her.
