Chapter 10 Unforgivable Act

Nisiah text me last night telling me about Lucian being with another woman. I thanked him for telling me but really what could I do about it?  Lucian was going to cheat if he wanted to. Laying in bed I watch the sun rise and I was honestly kinda of relieved that Lucian had been caught cheating on me ,part of me always knew there were other women but he had always made me feel crazy for even thinking so.  Technically Lucian wasn't the only cheater but it did make me feel better for sleeping with Nisiah.  Flashbacks of that night surge through my mind. The way his lips felt on my body and the gentle yet possessive way his hands touched me gliding and gripping every part of my body felt like he was making love to my soul.  I smile rubbing the back of my neck getting up to take a shower and try to relax on my last day off.  I through on sweatpants and a raggedy old t shirt walking into the kitchen making some coffee before turning on the TV.  Lucian walks in the door drunk smiling eat to ear with a huge hickey on the side of his neck. I sit my coffee down grabbing his attention. " Looks like someone got into a fight with a vampire and she won".  His smile falls " I had fun with someone who actually knows how to make me happy".  Lucian's smile returns and I can't help but become mad." So that means I can go find someone to cheer me up to them huh"?  Regret smashes into me as soon as the words leave my mouth. Lucian lunges over the back of the couch sending me into the coffee table before landing on the floor, pinning my hands above my head before punching me in the ribcage. Rolling me onto my stomach he moves my hands to my back making it impossible to move without dislocating or breaking an arm.  Lucian rips off my sweatpants and I start to panic struggling trying to roll over but it's to late.  He forces himself inside me leaning down whispering in my ear" I don't hear any jokes now do I"?  I go to scream and he head butts me in the back of my head.  Tears flow from my face, I close my eyes disappearing into the day Nisiah took me to the aquarium. My escape was interrupted by Lucian's vile voice" just disgusting you can't even make me cum". He spits on me before getting up " your ight I have no use for you, I'm leaving".  I lay on the floor in pain, unable to move, crying and broken.  Lucian grabs his bag out of the hall closet packing and throwing  the key on the table before taking his car keys and leaving .  Hat man was nothing but evil and I was truly glad that he was leaving, I just prayed he stayed gone.  I try to get up but my legs and arms felt like bricks, everytime I tried to get up I'd just fall back down. Someone knocks on the door and calls my name " Viviana "? I struggle replying through tears " who is it "?  " Mam, I'm Nisiah's friend Theo".  Damn this was the last thing I needed. Noone could see me this way, especially someone I didn't know.  " Can you come back later ,I'm kind of busy". I wipe the tears from my face and just lay there surrendering to the pain. I hear the door creek open before I hear " what the fuck! Who did this"?  " I'm going to help you, is that ok"? I nod crying a little harder but allowing him to pick me up and carry me to the bathroom, sitting me down on the toilet , and turning on the tub before shutting the bathroom door and leaving me in silence.  I make my way into the tub letting the water wash over me when I hear Theo talking to someone.  " Boss it's bad you should get over here". It gets quiet again when Theo knocks on the door." Do you need any help ms. Viviana "? I wish " no thank you I got in".  " Ok mam I'm going to your living room to give you privacy,I have already spoken to my boss he will be here shortly".  I pull my legs to my chest resting my head on my knees. " Um theo, who's your boss?" But there's no response.  The hot water helps soothe most of the achend pains but not enough to make me forget that the man I've dedicated everything to had just raped me without any emotion or humanity and then just walked out like nothing had happened.  My tears return uncontrollably at that thought. The bathroom door suddenly swings open and an enraged Nisiah is standing In Front of me on the verge of shifting.  The sudden entrance causes me to jump, Nisiah notices and his demeanor softens. He picks me up from out of the tub wrapping me in a towel and sitting down on the bed holding me like a newborn baby.   Neither one of us spoke a word for an hour or so every time he moved. I held on tighter not wanting him to let me go.  Finally Nisiah says " I've had  Theo watching out for you since our fight and the whole Ivan incident. I gave him your address so that's why he was here". I nodd " so what's up with the whole boss thing"?  He smiles " boss is easier than saying Alpha,he is my beta or second in command. " I look up into his hazel eyes, always protecting me even when I don't deserve it."  I kiss his cheek " thank you for coming, I don't deserve your kindness." Nisiah lays back on the bed pulling me to his side." I'll always have your back Vivi even when you don't want me to.".  I wrap my arm around him tighter nuzzling into his neck feeling safe and fall asleep.
