"Where have you been all day?"Lexis got startled at the voice but calmed his beating heart when he saw that it Douglas who sat on the couch but his calming heart didn't last long because a very pissed off Douglas looked at him and his flushed cheeks said that he was pretty much wasted because of the alcohol he consumed.
"Not only are you incompetent in giving me a child but now you're deaf."Lexis tried his very best to not let the hurtful words of his spouse get to him and attributed it to because of the frustration of not having children contributed to his foul mood and hurtful words.
"I went out with my sister and forgot to come home early but not to worry I would dish something out for you to eat in the next forty minutes."Lexis softly said to his husband but Douglas wasn't having any of it.
"All you know how to do is act like the perfect husband of the year but can't fulfill the duties that you were married to do.For ten years,I have to listen to the taunting words of my colleagues at works complaining about their children but I know they are laughing at me that my own husband hasn't given me even one child not even a miscarriage to prove that I am capable."Because of the height difference, Douglas had to lift his head to look at Lexis who stood akimbo like always and accepted all his rants without a change in his calm expression that Douglas solely despised.
"You must be tired so I will go make dinner."Lexis tried to keep his voice stable so that it won't tremble and him to break down in front of Douglas,who would think the more that he was pathetic.
After cooking a simple white rice and cabbage stew with salmon,he dutifully served dinner and retired to his room not having the appetite to listen to Douglas complain about how hard his life is.
Sometimes,he would ask himself if it was right to submit to Douglas when both of them knew who the submissive in the relationship was but his spouse hated to be the pathetic receiver as he called it in the relationship.
He resulted in taking meds so that his genetic would transform into that of a carrier but it seemed impossible because he was a full bred dom but the things we do for love is still a mystery that cannot be explained.
His sister almost denounced him when she found out that he was taking meds and was this close to beating the hell out of Douglas and suggested that he should divorce his spouse.
To this Lexis made sure that his sister and Douglas weren't in the same room together because it would be the third world war but little did he know that he was about to receive the biggest shock of his life that would change his life permanently.
