Y/N's POV
My eyes fluttered open, my body groaning as I reluctantly emerged from my deep slumber. As I struggled to gather my bearings, a dull ache throbbed in my head, making me wince. Geez, what a night.
I squinted, trying to make sense of my surroundings, my vision gradually clearing. Ah, right. I'm in Lisa and Jisoo's room. How did I end up here? And why do I feel like a pile of garbage?
My gaze landed on Lisa, who was sitting hunched over her laptop, her brow furrowed in concentration. She looked up briefly, offering me a sympathetic smile before returning her attention to the screen. I pushed myself up into a seated position, resting my elbows on my knees, desperately searching for answers.
"Hey, Lisa. What happened last night?" I croaked, my voice scratchy from sleep.
She sighed, the sound heavy with exasperation. "You had a wild night, Y/N. Jennie and Rosé were at it again, trying to make you choose between them. I had to intervene and bring you here to our room. Man, they were arguing like cats and dogs. Gave me a headache, I tell you."
My eyes widened, panic surging through me. I clutched my chest, feeling the weight of the situation crashing down on me. "What? Why would they make me choose? And what were they arguing about?"
Lisa placed a comforting hand on my shoulder, her eyes filled with concern. "Take a deep breath, Y/N. It's going to be okay. Just listen to me. You need to fix this mess you've made. It's affecting all of us, and it's not fair to anyone involved. You have to make a decision once and for all."
I swallowed hard, my heart pounding in my chest. She was right. It was time to face the truth.
"Okay," I murmured, my voice barely audible. I needed time to collect my thoughts, to figure out what my heart truly desired.
As if on cue, Jisoo burst into the room, her cool demeanor seemingly unaffected by the chaos. I raised an eyebrow, eyeing her suspiciously as she crossed her arms over her chest, staring at me expectantly.
"Well?" she prompted, her voice laced with curiosity. "No thank you for the strip show you gave me last night? And let's not forget about the vomit clean-up duty I had to take on because of you. You're a real mess, you know?"
My face flushed crimson, embarrassment washing over me at the thought of Jisoo seeing me in such a state. No way was she getting any gratitude from me for that.
"And you!" Jisoo pointed an accusing finger at me, her eyes flashing dangerously. "If you ever set foot in my bathroom again, or step foot in any part of my room, I swear I'll end you. You've caused enough trouble already by making Rosé and Jennie cry yesterday, but kissing Rosé right in front of Jennie? All thanks to that stupid game? If anything happens to either of them, you better watch your back!"
I winced at her threat, my head throbbing in response. "Yes, ma'am."
Jisoo nodded curtly, storming out of the room and slamming the door behind her. I couldn't help but smile a little at the fact that she actually cared enough to take care of me. But then the weight of her words settled in.
Damn, I messed up big time. I can't even remember how I ended up kissing Rosé. Did she say yes? Did I do it on purpose or was it just a mistake?
Lost in my thoughts, the door swung open, causing me to jump. Jennie entered, her warm smile lighting up the room as she sat down beside me.
"How are you feeling? Better?" she asked softly, concern evident in her eyes.
A pang of guilt shot through me, mixing with the sadness that had taken root in my gut. How could she still smile at me after what I had done? How could she not hate me for betraying her trust?
