Chapter 4;Player Turns SweetHeart

Astra's Pov:

Wow 

I literally have never seen someone get their ass served to them like that annoying bitch did today. Riaha really beat the fuck outta her.

A few moments after Riaha stormed out of the building, Ivlynn started coughing up blood. The paramedics were on the way. 

Another thing is... Is it true? Does Riaha's dad really beat her?

It doesn't look like it but I mean anyone can hide anything with a bit of concealer and a fake smile.

I run down the hall to follow her. 

I'm not really a comforting person but I have emotions and shit so I wouldn't want to necessarily be alone after a situation like that. Which is why I ran after her. 

I spot her sitting down on a curb a little ways down from the school. From afar it looks like a regular stranger. But I know that it her. 

I walk over to her, not uttering a word. We sit in silence for a little minute til I speak up.

"You really beat that girls ass."  I say. With worry and humor in my voice. She hasn't looked at me until now. And her expression was priceless. 

I guess she was wondering why a "player" like me came after her. 

I guess I can see how too. I haven't let myself really care about anyone for a long time. 4 years to be exact. 

I had an ex girlfriend cheat on me with her ex and blah blah blah. Its not really important enough to get into. But I really loved her and she broke me so I just... stopped trying really. I usually just fuck and leave. No strings attached. Sometimes I fuck twice. But When I do that that person thinks their special and tried to win my "Emotional" side over. Which I don't allow ofcource. 

But it's worth it to them I guess?

Not sure but back to the situation at hand.

"Why are you here?" She asks in a slitghtly annoyed tone. 

Damn okay then. I'll let it slide though. I can tell she's "All fought out" right now.

"Well other than the principal putting on a man hunt for you, I figured that nose of your could use some looking at." I say finally looking at her and giving a slight smile.

"Why do you even care?" She ask diverting her eyes away from me. 

I don't want to answer that. Well because, why do  I care..? The answer unremorsefully is that I  don't, not really anyway. But I don't want to upset her more. Instead I ignore the question completely.

"Are you okay... Is what she said true?" I respond referencing to Ivlynn's bitchy comment. I look into her eyes, letting her know I'm really concerned.

I mean really... What kind of fucked up guys beats their child.

"Does it matter... Look if all your going to do it pity me then let me say this now, I DON'T need it, okay? So please leave me alone." She snaps at me and quickly stands up and starts walking away.

I sit back stunned. 

Okay ms.tude

I quickly retaliate and catch up to her. Grabbing her hand for attention. Turning her around in the process.

She looks  at out hand connection first then up at me .

"What now..?" She asks. loosing her annoyed tone and softening it.

"Where are you going?" I ask softly.

"I don't know yet.. I just have to go." She says sighing.

maybe... 

"Let me come with you... and lets clean you up yeah?" I tell her glancing non-subtly at her  now dried bloody nose.

I wait for her answer hopefully.

I perk up when I hear,

"Fine, But I'm not waiting for you forever. 5 minutes tops." 

"Ill be right back don't go anywhere." I say quickly as Im already running back to the school for my bag.
