I've just finished my suicide awareness for September 2023 and wanted to speak on this platform as well.
Life is unpredictable, you'll never know what comes your way, so much of it is out of our control that it can feel scary, it can feel overwhelming, terrifying like you're being trapped but please know there is always another way.
Your soul is beautiful, the very fabric of your being makes the world such a wonderful place. You are worthy and deserve support, happiness and love please don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise.
If you need to speak to someone, I know I'm just a stranger on the internet but my doors, or pages is more appropriate, are always open and I'll be with you every step of the way.
The world is a better place with you in it.
