39. I'm fine now

"No. Sam.. Don't leave me. Sam. Sammy!"

Yu opened his eyes slowly. It needs a few seconds until he realized it was all just a dream. A bad dream, that Sam is leaving him.

Yu knew it was all just a dream, but he feels so sad that he couldn't hold his tears. The dream it felt so real.

"Yu?"

Then Yu heard Sam's voice. It felt like it's been a long time since he heard his voice.

And there he is, staring at Yu with his beautiful big eyes.

"Yu? You're awake?" Sam asked, looking at Yu with his big teary eyes.

Yu furrowed his eyebrows, he feels weak, but he lifted up his hands slowly, to wipe the tears that start to fall from Sam's eyes.

"Don't cry.." Yu said in smallest voice.

Sam smiled softly then he clasped Yu's hand on his face and leaned on it. "You're awake.." He said again, then kissed Yu's hand. "You're awake.." He said, and then cried even more on Yu's chest.

Yu just smiled slightly. He still too weak to do anything right now. His head hurts like hell. And soon, Yu is back to sleep.

"He was awake." Sam told the doctor who just came in and checked on Yu.

The doctor put the flashlight on Yu's eyes, then he looked at Sam.

"You sure?" Then the doctor asked.

Sam squinted his eyes. "You think I just made it up?"

The doctor cleared his throat softly. "N-no, sir. I'm sorry."

Sam sighed softly then he pulled the doctor away from Yu. "Get out." Then he said.

Tian whose also there, he just stared at the doctor and nodded his head slightly to give the signal so that the doctor leave the room.

It's been two days since Sam woke up, but Yu still has no progession. He's still being the sleeping beauty, as Tian called him lately. And even though Tian caught Sam kissed him so many times, Yu hasn't woken up yet.

"Sam." Tian called him softly.

"I didn't make it up, Tian." Sam said.

"I know."

"And it wasn't my imagination too." Sam said again.

"I know, Sam.."

"Why would I lie about it. Yu was really wake up."

Tian just kept staring at Sam. "I know." He replied quietly.

But the truth is, Tian doesn't believe it. This is not the first time that Sam said Yu has woken up. He said it too yesterday, last night, this morning, that Yu called him, or that Yu moved his fingers. But no one else seeing it. It was all just what Sam said.

"Yu is awake. He's awake, Tian." Sam said again.

Tian said nothing and just smiled softly at Sam before Sam get his focus back at Yu and hold on his hand tightly.

"He's going crazy." Tian said softly. "I'm going crazy too." He added.

Belle is peeling an orange for Zack. Tian always came to this room whenever he felt suffocated in the other room, and then talk whatever on his mind to Belle and Zack. He even feels that they have become bestfriends now.

Zack opened his mouth waiting for Belle to feed him. His right hand is still on gips, and he didn't get used to eat with his left hand. Thank God Belle is such an reliable girlfriend.
