juniper was still thinking about last night. she couldnt get the event out of her mind. it was like a tattoo.

juniper gripped the sheets with her hands, as her body sweated and tears of ecstasy dripped from her forehead. "liz..." juniper whimpered. betty tensed at the nickname. the blonde looked up at the brunette from between her legs. the girl's face was pink, and her body was glistening in the dim light. betty dove down and continued what she had stopped doing. juniper couldn't think. her mind was blank and her eyes were filled with sweat and tears. how did this happen? would they even talk about it? does this even mean anything?

she blushed at the thought of it all. she couldn't help but curse herself. she had somewhere to be now.

'we crave absolutes. they comfort us, but life if infinitely more complex than that.'

"if you publish a story saying i fired that gun, my life will be ruined. i'll be banished from the adventure scouts, and charged with a misdemeanor. so, what if i have a better story," said dilton. jughead and juniper looked between each other, but betty and juniper had trouble making eye contact. "if i tell you what i know, promise me the gunshot stays between us," said dilton. betty walks around to stand next to juniper. the brunette blushed, her hands began to feel clammy and her heart raced miles a second. "you have our word. as journalists," said betty. just the sound of her voice made juniper almost melt.

"i saw something at sweetwater river. something nobody else saw. ms. grundy's car. by the river's edge. she was there," said dilton doiley. betty looked at the twins, but they just stood there thinking about what would happen next.

'despite all if our recent troubles, i would've done anything to protect archie. but dilton doiley had just opened up pandora's box, and now, there was nothing i, or anyone, could do to save him."
