Frank rushed into the Great Hall (honestly, he didn't see why they called it that; sure it was big, but he'd seen bigger) with his friends at his heels. The Hall was filled with students rushing around, trying to figure out what was happening. Frank could sympathize. After all, he had spent his first months as a demigod running around like a debilitated chicken.

Professor McGonagall addressed the students. 'Students, calm down. Currently, there is a creature loose on the grounds of Hogwarts. Do not try and engage it. Percy, take the rest of you and get after it.

'Why are they dealing with it alone?' asked someone from the Ravenclaw table. 'I get that they are skilled, but we should help?

Percy spoke to the crowd, obviously trying to please them by answering their questions. Percy shot a quick look at him and Annabeth, and Frank knew what to do immediately.

Frank tried to psych himself up for the dragon transformation. It wasn't his favorite by far; no, it required far too much energy and was a painful transformation. But the plan was a good one and had probably been discussed as a contingency by Thalia, Percy, Annabeth, Jason, and Reyna. He himself was a leader but was not included in the discussion, cuz, you know, it's hard to argue with the butt-ton of experience the others had.

'This creature is something we are very familiar with as they populate America far and wide. We have experience with terminating the threat posed by them and have hence been tasked by Professor. Please do not try to follow us as you might get hurt.'

As it turned out, they wouldn't have needed to. At that moment, the west wall of the Great Hall was thrown down as the dragon penetrated the wards and defenses of Hogwarts.

It was a majestic creature, a thing of beauty. Its green and yellow hide was dappled, and its eyes were green. Not the same vibrant green as Percy's, but still the same shade.

The assembled wizards took their advice and ran for the door. Most of them made their way out, but some stayed at the door to make sure the rest got through, and to help out. The group was small, made of McGonagall, Harry, Ron, and Hermione

Next to him, Annabeth gasped. '... That's the Maeonian drakon. No way.'

'Tartarus?' Frank guessed.

'Yeah,' Annabeth said. 'But it shouldn't be possible. We gotta talk after this.'

'Change of plans, though?'

'Let's go.'

His friends scattered as Frank waved his hands over his head, drawing the drakon's attention.

The monster charged. Its sheer size made Frank want to double-guess his choice, but he pushed it out of his mind. He summoned all of his focus and braced. Just before the drakon crashed into him, Frank sidestepped, transformed, and lept onto the drakon in the form of its brethren.

Frank attacked the Maeonian drakon with his claws. In his peripheral vision, he could see Thalia, Piper, Reyna, and Annabeth scale its back in order to find a chink in the armor. Nico, Percy, Jason, Hazel, and Leo jumped from his back and onto the head of the drakon. Calypso and Will went to town on the legs of the creature.

The wixen shot barrages of spells on the drakon, causing it to buck sharply to the right.

Frank took advantage of this and changed his shape into the Minotaur. He got the drakon in a chokehold as it tried to spit poison. The creature lashed out with its large fangs but Frank's friends were protected by a barrier that shimmered every time they got hit.

Frank turned, exposing the monster's soft underbelly to the Headmaster of Hogwarts. Three green spells were fired, and they hit the drakon in the heart. It dropped dead and just before it crushed Frank, he rolled the hell out of the way.

Harry lowered his wand. 'What the hell just happened?'

Reyna sighed. 'I suppose it is time you are told the truth.'

                                                                                                          -

'So you're telling us that you are from a completely different magical community, you guys are helluva powerful because you are demigods, you have fought three wars, and due to your experience, you have been called here to teach. Oh, our Transfiguration professor and headmaster is also a demigod.'

'Yep.'

Hermione exhaled. 'This is a lot to take in. And... it is also slightly hard to believe.'

At the offended faces of the demigods, she amended by saying, 'No, no, I believe you are telling the truth. It's just-'

Annabeth smiled kindly. Hermione and she would get along like bread and butter, Frank thought. 'I get it. All of us had the same skepticism. Strike that, we still do. If you would like it, we'd tell the three of you our story. It's an opportunity to learn.'

Hermione's face brightened up at that. 'We'd love to. When would you be free?'

Percy made a horrified expression. 'Oh my gods, it's started.'

Jason nodded solemnly. 'I know.'

Annabeth frowned and so did Hermione. 'What do you mean?'

'You see, Jason? Hermione has already stolen my fiancee. They have the same reactions and everything. Isn't there some law against this?'
