This morning was different than the others, in everyday life. Because today is Christmas and the Christmas holidays have begun.
Kira and her whole family were in the living room decorating the Christmas tree. It wasn't very big this year, but there was still way too much attached to it. For example the star pendants or all the tinsel.
Christmas is simply the most wonderful time of the year! Now it was time for breakfast! Today Kira and her parents had pancakes and cookies with Christmas motifs, along with hot cocoa and coffee.
The breakfast not only looked good but tasted so good too! Kira even had to burp, which she never has to do otherwise, but the three of them's bellies were very full too!
After eating, Kira left the kitchen and wanted to go up to her room. But then someone rang the doorbell. She carefully looked out the peephole and screamed with joy!
It was Amelie with her parents! Christmas Eve with the family is great but with your best friend, it's a thousand times better! She quickly opened the door and let them in.
,, Merry Christmas! Your parents invited my parents and me to dinner tonight. Shall we go to your room? " Amelie explained.
Of course they went upstairs immediately while Kira's parents greeted Amelie's.
Kira closed her bedroom door with a loud bang and Amelie asked, "So what happened? And where is Paul?"
Kira sighed and said: "Paul and I were happy together, I thought. We've come a long way and wanted to finally defeat the ghosts. We were training together and in the time travel center. My family has been busy traveling through time for centuries. But Paul then betrayed me and I was captured by the ghosts and werewolves. My powers were also taken away from me and I felt very helpless. But in the end I was able to escape and regain my strength. Any more questions? "
Amelie was amazed and hugged Kira, who began to cry. She whimpered sadly: "I thought the whole time that Paul understood me and loved me too, but it was all fake!"
She jumped up angrily and screamed, "Why?! Why me?! Why did I have a crush?! This will never happen again! "
Amelie rolled her eyes and replied: "Let's not talk or think about something like that at Christmas, would you like to show me your Christmas tree?"
Of course Kira wanted that, so they went downstairs to the living room. The rest of the time passed very quickly. More and more relatives of Kira and her parents arrived.
When everyone was finally present, the festive meal could begin. There was potato salad with bockwurst and warm meat sausage. Kira hates the meat sausage, but the rest was delicious!
Then finally the time had come for Amelie and Kira to open their presents.
Kira's gifts:
A new cell phone, new bedding, candy, new Nike shoes, new headphones and a skateboard.
Amelie's gifts:
Magnets, candy, a music system, a new bike, highlighters and a bean bag.
The two families celebrated late into the night until they fell asleep. Amelie then spent the night with Kira.
