In Kira's room:
Amelie and she stood in front of the old wardrobe and Amelie asked: "Should we really do that?" Kira nodded and said: "We have to!"

Kira slowly opened the doors and the two saw the portal forming. Suddenly Amelie became afraid and remembered the last trip into the past. But Kira took her by the hand and together they jumped through the portal.

In 1039:
"Awesome, there are so few houses here that are made only of wood, clay and straw," said Amelie and looked around, just like Kira. Both were very impressed.

In their surroundings there were almost only forests and fields, everything was of natural origin and without modern technology or building materials.
What was there was simply used, not newly produced, as in the modern age.

"Come on, let's take a look around, there must be a sign somewhere to get to the ghosts and werewolves," Kira said and ran towards the north.

Amelie found it very difficult to follow her. When Kira suddenly stopped, Amelie ran into her.

"What's wrong?" Amelie asked. Kira continued to look around and answered sadly: "That's no use! How are we supposed to find one of the first ghosts or werewolves in such a huge crowd."

Amelie comforted her and spoke motivatingly: "We'll manage it, you have special skills, maybe you could use them to find the ghosts and werewolves."

Kira stopped letting the tears flow and looked at Amelie beaming. "You're the best!" she shouted happily and hugged Amelie.

Together they went to a quiet corner and Kira tried it out. She slowly floated in the air and closed her eyes. She had to focus precisely on her target, otherwise the two of them would chase strangers.

Suddenly she fell to the ground and hit her knee. It began to bleed and she found it difficult to perform. When she made it back up with Amelie's help, Kira saw strange red arrows.

The arrows pointed in the right direction, towards one of the fields. But this was no ordinary field, it was a cornfield.
Corn can be used for many things; you can use it to make cornstarch or create magical dishes.

She quickly told Amelie about it, but she wasn't able to see the big red arrows. So Kira had to navigate them. She slowly took one step at a time and ran forward.

Amelie didn't understand Kira because she was going in an unknown direction, but she still knew the way. Presumably when Kira fell, she not only fell on her knee, but also on her head. "After all, it all seemed unrealistic, how would she know the way, from the arrows?" Amelie thought to herself.

After a short time, Kira stopped in the middle of the corn field. Amelie was starting to worry about Kira, maybe she needed a doctor?

,,Here! The cross on the floor signals it!" Kira shouted happily. "But there's nothing there!" Amelie replied angrily. Why couldn't she see it? Now Kira had had enough and concentrated on Amelie. As she was floating in the air again and thinking exactly that Amelie should see it too, she noticed a person in the cornfield.

Suddenly Amelie could also see the arrows and the fat cross. But Kira, panicked. She landed again and said tensely: "Paul, he's here, at the edge of the field. He saw me, he'll probably be here in a few minutes."

Amelie looked at her in astonishment and shouted: "Then quickly, we have to dig up the treasure and then disappear!"

In a panic, Kira makes two shovels appear and they start digging. After 5 minutes, Kira's shovel hit a small metal box. It was similar to a treasure chest, but was smaller and the decorations were more elaborate.

As Kira held the box in her arms, Paul also stepped into the open space in the field. Laughing, he complained: "You're so pathetic, I could never have fallen in love with you, Kira!"

Kira had so much anger in her stomach that she dropped the box and ran into Paul, who fell to the ground. Kira punched his ribs and screamed, "If you follow us, you'll feel even more painful things!"

Paul stared at her and surrendered. Amelie and Kira quickly ran away. Amelie had previously picked up the box and taken it with her.
